Biblical Baptism

Rate this book
What does Baptism signify? Why does God ask us to practice it? Answering these fundamental questions helps us answer the more commonly asked questions—such as "Should I baptize my baby?" and "What about immersion?"Leahy not only asks all the important questions, but also answers them biblically, succinctly, and kindly. He addresses common objections to the baptism of infants and to the practice of sprinkling or pouring water, in contrast to immersion. He deals with related issues, including the continuity of the covenants and the similarities and differences between baptism and circumcision.

Decent introduction to the Presbyterian understanding of baptism, and particularly infant baptism. It is very good for how concise it is.
