The guild wars end. Maple Tree does well. Many friends are made. It turned into friendly competition more than foes trying to defeat each other by any means possible.

I was a bit worried about going into this with all the messy plot threads of the last volume but it does good, it actually concludes a lot of things that happen and doesn't outstay it's welcome.

There are a few cool battles and in the end it turns back into the fantasy is fun aspect of the manga.

They made some major changes from how the anime and light novel handled the fourth event ending. Not sure I liked those changes.
