Your One-Stop Guide to Patron Saints

Rate this book
Architects, Puerto Rico, headaches, the Internet -- you name it -- persons, places, and things of all sorts have patron saints. These are saints designated by the church to intercede for specific causes, to protect nations and people in their professions and vocations, and to help us all stay close to God. Every copy of Your One-Stop Guide to Patron Saints is sure to become a well-thumbed resource. It gives a fresh and up-to-date account of many patron saints, including those the church has most recently designated as patrons.

Quick and very enjoyable read. Just the right amount of information about the various saints to familiarize yourself with them and also whet your appetite. Well organized and laid out.

Good for a quick reference, but does not go into much detail. I use this book to play "Guess the Saint" in my 4th grade Sunday school class.
