I always like reading books/stories having background set in Mumbai (even better if the era is of 90s!)
I've completed 2 story collection of Mr. Matkari & will be completed third all of which are set in Mumbai only. So that's a plus for me.
But this book fades in comparison with the first story collection that I read - खिडक्या अर्ध्या उघड्या.
That book introduced me to Mr. Ganesh Matkari, who is a writer in an altogether genre than what his father used to write in - Horror.
I liked his writing style & hence picked up this book. Though only 3/4 stories were decent enough which lingered in my mind for a brief time. Others were just dull/unstimulating.
3 ⭐ from my side.
