I love Brooke and Ben!

I am usually not a fan of spin off books or prequels but this one is an exception. Brooke and Ben are not only good characters but they are good people you want to see happy. It is a little soap opera-ish and usually the friend who sleeps with another friends man is no good. It is refreshing to see the main heroin is a little wild and goes for what she wants from the gate.

Even though I do like Fate Interrupted, I would like to see another Brooke and Ben book. Brooke is crazy just a little bit and Ben is her perfect match in every way.

What can I say, I really did love this story!!! And you don't have to read Fate Interrupted to enjoy this book!!

I liked this book but Brooke was a totally different character to what she was in fate interrupted, I loved her in fate interrupted but she really pissed me off in this at times!! I just love Ben though he is so sweet!!

what a lovely romantic story..sizzles in parts and very funny in others. very enjoyable read. would recommend and it was good to see how brooke and ben got together. . surprise character was brookes dad..just loved him he made me smile.

Definitely 4.5 for me! I just love this author! We were meant to be besties for sure! Feel like she's in my head hanging out with Alice Clayton and Emma Chase! i love that i laugh out loud so much while reading her books. Brooke and Ben are awesome. I loved them in Fate, so it was nice to see how they started out. Ben is one hot piece of arse, she never stood a chance. While it's not the most original or off the wall story, it was short, sweet and the perfect intro if you haven't yet read the Fate Interrupted series yet. I would definitely start here.

This reminds of the movie clueless and I enjoyed that this also claimed my attention. The first meeting between Brooke and Ben was a disaster. Why did Ben lie? I am still trying to figure that out. Did he want her? I mean we can speculate but there is no clear reason. I mean come on a guy who would lie and cheat then automatic becomes the good guy I am leery. I would like to hope and keep the faith but it's a long shot.

Also, I loved how they worked out and did hat they needed to do. I'm glad it wasn't that wishy washy stuff.

Overall it was endearing and cute.

Love this series. I read this book after reading Fate Interrupted 1-3, but can be read before as well. Some of the things said in Fate Interrupted make more sense now that I have read this book. I can not wait for FI4 and hopefully Tasha's story. I still do not quite understand Will's character, but he defiantly adds to the story.
