Every once in a while, I like to read a book from past to see if the views still hold true to the present. While some of this seems downright silly for girls and young women today, much of it still holds true to today's young women. I'm sure some women are rolling their eyes at me right now. I guess I'm just a little old fashioned when it comes to men's and women's roles in society. After all, there is nothing wrong with people acting like ladies and gentlemen is there?

He gets 2 stars for having made a lot of good points. Interesting to me was how liberal an attitude he had toward women (basically a feminist) on the one hand, but on the other hand he blamed all the ills of the world on women. He theorized that if women would only change (into nearly what they are today) all the evils of the world would vanish. Turns out he was wrong.
