Turning Points is about dealing with Sudden Unwelcome Changes (SUC's). Such changes could be the loss or death of someone you love, redundancy, a serious illness, or even a car accident. The approaches introduced in this book will help readers to view and experience change in a much more positive light. Through reading the authors' personal stories, discover the insights and strategies to help you realise your own inner strength, and help you turn your "SUC" into Success.
