A self-published work, this well-written, helpful book on leadership blends research, reflection, and analogies from both the Bible and a childhood in Nigeria to make the case for several key leadership lessons. I enjoyed reading it and am glad I was given a copy, as I have all too often thought of leadership as a quality that some people have, not a skill set to be developed. Seger demonstrates it is both.

nspiring and instructive faith-based leadership book.
-you can lead without a title
-just because you have a title doesn't mean you are the leader.
