Imagine if Adults had titled popular children's books, poems, and fairy tales exclusively for an adult audience (about booze, sex, gay content, etc). Hilarity ensues.
It includes either reviews, questionnaires, or book group discussion questions.

I went into this expecting some actual, I don't know, writing. I was thinking this would be like fractured fairytales but for adults.

Instead this was a bunch of cartoons with almost witty lines and/or reviews. Humorous in snippets, but it gets old very quickly.

Oh, and the format for e-book was basically just two page screens.

Eh. Tumblr book.

Take children's books, give them pornographic story lines and titles. If substituting jokes about dicks into Dr. Seuss is your cup of tea, have at it. I found it juvenile and lacking effort.

Playfully and systematically destroys your childhood, one sexual image at a time.

I feel I could have lived without this book. It wasn’t nearly as funny as I’d hoped. There was so much potential too.

It kind of reminded me of “The Book of Mormon.” And it has pictures.

The concept was the best part. Felt like a project that a couple of middle schoolers could have knocked out in a few lunch periods.

Too funny. And I'll never be able to look at some of these books again. Strippy Long Stockings for sure.

I think everyone either took this book too seriously or expected too much of it. For what it was, it was hilarious! And the fact that teachers wrote these makes it even better.

Quick read. Just read it in the store. Humorous/entertaining but not really. Liked some of the twists on classic fairytales.

These aren't actual stories, but pun-ny titles and descriptions like on the back of a book, plus some funny "reviews." Very juvenile humor, but made me laugh. If you like Family Guy-style "adult" humor, you'll probably be amused.
