High points of this volume: Rogue's pursuit of the traitor leads him to infiltrate a P.O.W. camp, and we also get a chance to know Gunnar, Helm, and Bagman a little better.
As with the previous volume, I’m amazed that Rogue Trooper has never made it to the screen, large or small. It seems like a project with lots of potential.
Other than that, not a lot to say. If you didn't like volume one, you probably won't think any more highly of this one. Me, I like it just fine. Recommended!
3.5 stars overall A classic collection of Rogue Trooper tales from the 80s, with superlative artwork from Cam Kennedy, Dave Gibbons, Colin Wilson and Brett Ewins. Gerry Finley-Day scripts the six stories here, in his solid unflashy way, keeping the delineation between the characters; Rogue, Bagman, Gunnar and Helm; clear and with clarity.
