Crow Creek #1-3

The Crow Creek Series Box Set

Rate this book
Crow Creek Ranch nestles in the foothills of the Absaroka Range in Wyoming, bordering a wilderness that challenges brave men, testing their mettle … and their hearts.

It’s been called hot, sexy and tender.
Ash MacBryde is domineering and possessive, and carrying an emotional burden he’s buried deep. Oak Richards is shy, reclusive, comfortable around the horses he loves, but tongue-tied when it comes to people. Two men, so different and yet alike, come together and find the missing pieces in each other.
But love’s never easy, not when one of them carries secrets. The chance arrival of an old friend and former lover re-ignites memories Ash has been trying to hide, threatening everything he holds dear. When he loses control and does the unthinkable, Oak runs, back to his home and back to an employer who had once cast him away like so much trash.
Oak has his own demons waiting for him, in the guise of the man who’d opened the closet door for him, a man determined to pick up where they left off so many years before. When Ash shows up to bring his man home, he discovers a side to Oak he never knew. And the only way the domineering, possessive man and the gentle reclusive soul can find their way back to Crow Creek Ranch means learning that…
Sometimes it takes two wrongs to make it right.

About the author

Nya Rawlyns

Nya Rawlyns cut her teeth on sports-themed romantic comedies and historical romances. She found her true calling writing about the wilderness areas she has visited but calls home—in that place that counts the most, the heart.

She has lived in the country and on a sailboat on the Chesapeake Bay, earned more than 1000 miles in competitive trail and endurance racing, taught Political Science to unwilling freshmen, and found an avocation in materials science.

When she isn’t tending to her garden or the horses, the cats, or three pervert parakeets, she can be found day dreaming and listening to the voices in her head.

I enjoyed this series.
There was so many ups and downs throughout the story.
Ash and Oak had a lot of learning to do. They had to learn to trust, to open up and to forgive.
They each had to grow up and learn about relationships.
Loved the mystery in the end book.
I don't think Jess and Luc's story h was finished off well at all. There was still things that needed sorting out. Also between Jess and Ash.
This is what made me question the number of stars. I was torn between a 3 and the 4 I gave. The majority was a 4 star that's why I settled there. If a few things had been finished better it would have been definite rather than a query.

Not for me. Despite the insta love I stuck it out to about half way through - but it wasn't getting any better and I just couldn't make myself finish it.
