The book is full of amazing advice and tips on building a successful value-based coaching practice. However, the coaching described in the book is more like mentoring or consulting in some ways. It's still a good source of ideas and information.

This book took me a while to read and is only mildly reflective of the field I’m in, but the principles the author shares are timeless and effective for many different industries and work opportunities. Whether or not you are a coach this is a good book to read for the average businessman.

A solid coaching business model.

This book should be on the shelf of every aspiring coach. I like how the coaching industry is demystified and made accessible to someone new to the trade. There are plenty of techniques and business guidance to help a new coach establish a business.
