This feels like it was written by a 13 year old who has too much access to Wattpad. On that note, I will be reading the next one.

Very amateurly written with cringey ass smut, zero plot and completely moronic MCs. Also what the hell was going on with the punctuation in this book????🤡 Extremely disappointed because I was really looking forward to reading this series. Safe to say, I will NOT be continuing with it since this book was a fucking waste of my time smh😐💀

K so you're done, you're done. this book is literally the definition of no plot sex. like in every fucking chapter there's at least two sex scenes, like why they got so boring. but everything just happened like way too fast, the bit at the start where it's all like high sexual tnesion then they finally fuck just didn't even happen WTF. and then there was the pradicatable plot twist at the end which I could see coming from a fucking mile off. but am i defo gonna read the sequal, like duh I don't have to read stupid hisotry books anymore so obviously but yh feeling rly bad for nessbo coz i could only barely manage this she is literally just gonna die lol.

I am so flipping happy that I gave this new to me author a chance. This book was SO good!!
Irish mafia, 4 hot, over the top alpha brothers (a set of twins even!) and a feisty redhead that is going to give them a run for their money and their balls! This read was like the best of all my favorite tropes!

If you're in the mood for smut and a plot that's captivating then this is your jam. There is enough of a plot to string you along and keep you guessing and wanting more... but we all are here for those Ryan brothers, right!

Jessie happens to be at the wrong place and has now caught the eye of these dudes. Shane is broody and loves control, Conor loves to get his hands dirty and his needs met, then you have the twins, Liam and Mikey. They are the fun ones. Just want to a have a good time and have no reservations having a hot new plaything around. With her being an amazing computer hacker she's brought to where the Ryan's live and rule. She needs to prove herself and that she will.

The hotness in this book was so good. Like on steroids. So flipping hot!

Some let their guards down easier than the others and one is very adamant that she could very much be their downfall. Can these 4 brothers trust her despite the secrets and half truths? Start this one today... but we ready to downloaded book 2 cause you're gonna need it after that ending!!

It reads very juvenile and the spice was perfunctory. Skip it.

Rating: 2.5 ⭐️
Spice: 4/5 🌶️ but it wasn’t good spice. Repetitive, lackluster.
Tropes: RH, mafia

I didn’t like it. There was very little tension or good build up. The story didn’t flow well and the characters lacked depth. It felt like one disjointed sex scene without any connection after another, and the dialogue was cringe and not in a cute, cheesy way. Positives - it’s spicy?

╰┈➤ - 1 star.

”i will always come looking for you, angel, and i would burn the whole world down to find you.”

that quote is actually the only thing i liked in this book and is also the reason i started this book. yep, because of a quote. i never learn do i?

── ꒰ 🍸 ꒱ thoughtsspoilers ahead!!

plot summary:
smut, smut, and more smut.

first off let me get this out of the way, i fear this might just be the worst book i’ve ever read. i wasted my life reading this. in fact i really didn’t read this i skimmed the pages! if you’re into just straight wattpad cringe smut practically every chapter with barely a plot then this is right up your alley! literally the only thing that happened was at the like last page and that alone didn’t encourage me to read the next one💀

the selfish, “curvy,” paper plate of a personality (apart from her being a hacker and add in the trauma past ofc) fmc f*cks the whole crew! i’m talking the two twin brothers at the same time one in the pink, one in the stink. then hits the next brother. and the next one. homegirl hit ALL 4! home run! she also wants all of them to herself. delulu is the solulu i guess!

”i already have his brothers, but he’s wrong if he thinks that i don’t need him too. i need all of them. each of them makes me feel something completely different, and i want it all.”

refers to down there as her “shaved mound” “wet heat” and “dripping channel” what’s next? her warm cave? her pink canal? let me add this gem: ”he inhales deeply and growls his approval and the animalistic way he does it makes me pant with need” oh yeah referring to the tuna salad in her undie roos and when he goes down yonder! bye- i cant. i really don’t know how i finished this book but i powered thru for the pure fact i wanted to make a rant/hate review.

all the brothers just don’t care that they all F the same woman? infact, they find it hotter! and “jerk off” to listening to her in the other room with one the brothers that she chooses that night.. what kinda twisted incest is this?

“if this is going to work, you’re going to have to get used to being fucked in front of all of us. if you’re a really good girl, maybe one day we will all fuck you at the same time.”

this isn’t even all that i hated. it is so bad i wanna give you a zero, but that’s not possible so i give you a 1. gonna go bleach my brain, cleanse thy soul, and bathe myself in holy water now. trying to gaslight myself into forgetting i ever read this 🤍

I hesitated whether to start reading this series.. because I saw a couple of negative reviews, so I thought it would be bad.
It was not.
It's exactly what it says it is, a steamy RH romance. It wasn't memorable or anything but 🔥🔥
If I was looking for a light or deep love story, I would take a classic to read!!
This way, I got what I wanted, lots of sex scenes, hot men, and I devoured every single page.

Oohhh.. Hotness loaded Alert!! 🔥🔥🔥

First off.. This book will lit your kindle on fire. Just one Ryan brother is enough to melt things and top off with four of them.. Oh my freaking goodness.. 😻🔥
Jessie is a goddess with the way she is with the Ryan brothers.

But the first time they met, she was almost killed by the Ryan brothers. But Jessie is a smart girl and a survivor. She holds her own and convinces the brothers that she would be a great asset with her hacking skills.

Working for the very dangerous Russian, Nikolai Semonov, she's learnt to hold her own and make herself useful.

But Jessie has a secret. She's on the lookout for someone. The brothers don't know her real identity. But she thinks they are her only shot at finding what she's been searching for long.

The twins from the Ryan brothers, Mikey and Liam are totally smitten with Jessie and in no time there are hot times as the twins share everything, even their women.

There's this scene where I was fanning myself with the heat, so much heat. While the twins are doing their thing to Jessie. Connor and Shane, the other brothers come. Even though Shane doesn't stay, Connor sits down and watches the entire thing. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Even though Shane is the difficult one to crack, the brothers completely give into their attraction to Jessie. Especially Connor who's had a difficult time after what he suffered.

Shane is the only brother who doesn't trust Jessie and is oh so rude to her. But when he realises Jessie is not there to betray them, he too is all over her.

The brothers and Jessie together made me gasp and definitely set my kindle aflame time and again. Oh my..... 😻😻🔥🔥🔥

Also, I loved loved meeting my favorite man Alejandro in this one and seeing how he and Alana are doing great. ALEJANDRO is the sexiest for sure.
But the Ryan brothers.. Oh my... I HAVE NO WORDS FOR THE SIZZLING, FIRE-CRACKLING, HOTTER THAN THE SPICIEST CHILLIES HEAT THE RYAN BROTHERS CREATE WITH JESSIE.😻😻🔥🔥🔥

THEN THAT FREAKING ENDING... THE TWISTER FROM LEFT FIELD. I can't wait for the next book for sure. Loved this one. ❤️❤️❤️

DNF @ page 20. Literally too much to even list but the writing is terrible and honestly sounds like a man wrote this (and by that I mean our FMC is said to be 5’4” with killer curves hiding under her hoodie but somehow only weighs 120 soaking wet). 🥴 this is not it.

Well this was the most disappointing read. RH with some Irish mafia boys, what could go wrong? Everything is the answer. I don't know how I even made it through the book but I did through shear force of will.

My issues.

The writing style is weird. There is no flow to it and it comes off very disjointed at times. Also the dialogue with its exclamation points is just off-putting. There would be times that I'm reading something one of the characters says and it ends in an exclamation point and me wondering why. Because there is no reason for the character to be exclaiming anything. It just ruined so many dialogues.

The plot. What plot? We introduce why Jessie is where she is and who she is but than any progress to that is non-existent. Like I love me a hot sexy scene but that's all this book was. I think they were trying to show me how she built a relationship with these boys but ultimately it came off shallow and not at all believable. So basically there was nothing that I could latch onto story wise to make me care.

The end. This girl, after making us believe she loves these boys and trusts them... just straight up fucking leaves with a man that could be her dad but also could not be. She's just like "daddy would never lie to me, bye suckers!" Like WHAT?! That's so fucking far left field that I can't even. Like it was an event to cause conflict for our perfect relationship with the Ryan's but far too late in the story and with no actually stability behind it. WHY SHOULD I CARE? Like Jessie is supposed to be "strong" but now she is just wishy washy.

Basically I wanted to beat my head in reading this book, which I never want to say about anything but this just wasn't it for me. I would of enjoyed the characters if there was some how more to them but there is not. And I KIND of want to see where this train wreck goes, but not at the expense of more weird writing. To everyone who does like this series, I'm happy for you. Not everything is for everyone and this one is not for me.

Booktok has bamboozled me again. I heard why choose mafia romance and was excited to get into this. I finished it, though I really should've dnfed.
The excessive use of exclamation points, refusal to use contractions especially when speaking, and the lack of emotional depth in any of the relationships made it hard to read this one. It ended on a cliffhanger as it's book 1 of 4, but I won't be continuing the series.

3.5 "Bring Them A Mop" Stars

Smut, smut and extra smut, with a tiny bit of plot... It was easy to read about the Ryan brothers but I had some issues with the descriptions of the intimate moments... They needed a mop... overflowing wetness... Also, the book ended in a CLIFFHANGER which I expected but the last chapters felt rushed.

This book is a prime example of: just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Just because you CAN write a book, doesn't mean SHOULD write a book.

At first I thought it was going to be an enjoyable book because it's fast paced, but it quickly turned into a shitty wattpad story. The whole start of the book is rushed so the author can get to the smut, (seemingly the only thing this author can write) and comparing this book to wattpad author's standards might honestly be an insult to them.

I only read the rest of this book because it's such a small amount of pages and I was already a quater of the way there. It did improve to be fair, but only like like 0.1%.

Will I ever finish the series? Very, very unlikely. Unless one day I feel the urge to read another novel with an excessive amount exclamation points. Sadie, my dude, not every other sentence needs an exclamation point, it's so unnecessary. Honestly it gave me the ick after a while, like, not everytime they 'snarl a line of speech' does the sentence need to end with an aggressive exclamation point.

Also omg, this girl feels the needs to tell you about her ovaries a strangely large amount- I get it, they're hot dude but if you keep having sensations inside your stomach over it, maybe go to a doctor?..

And jesus, Shane has got to be the worst out of all his brothers, I don't know why the author wrote so many scenes with him instead of the others, he's such a royal asshole, he honestly might qualify for the biggest asshole ever award. He's rude, he treats you like shit, he threatens you. SO STOP SLEEPING WITH HIM. Any single one of his brothers is better than him, he needs a therapist honestly.

The one star has nothing to do with the smut scenes, because yes, Sadie can write smut well, I know because this book is like 98% smut and 2% really shitty plot and exclamation points. The one star is a result of me paying 20ish dollars for a book that I could have found better writing than on wattpad than in this book.

anyway.. hopefully Sadie's writing improves?

This book felt like a filler, honestly.
I didn't see the tension between any of them (something similar to it only between Jessie and Conor). It felt like their relationships started because of them just being horny.
Then they throw "love" words all of a sudden. Again, I could only believe in it from Conor and her. Her confession to Shane baffles me - he treated her poorly, but the sex was great, so that means you're in love?

I cannot say it's completely bad. I loved Conor (he's the best character here), plot sounds mildly interesting and the last scene with all 5 of them was hot.

But there was so much sex😫 I wished the author replaced at least some of the scenes with conversations or something meaningful. Twins are especially 2-dimensional😭 - I know NOTHING about them.

I will continue at least for 1-2 books to see if it gets better.

So I didn't hate this book, but I'm struggling to pick out the parts that I did enjoy. It only took me a few hours to read, so the story and spice were engaging, but it just didn't give.

This is a multi-POV, fast-burn mafia RH story, the first in a series and only 260ish pages. In its simplest terms, I found it to be good spice with a small side order of plot. It's very surface level, and I was really looking for more on the page character development. We were being fed details in other POVs, but like, I didn't get to experience any actual character growth, and that's the stuff I love. Does that make sense? For example, Shane and Connor would comment on how Jessie had affected the twins, but I don't know the why, what, or how of it. The chapters were all very short (which is fine), but the timeline would jump weeks ahead sometimes, so I feel like we missed a lot.

The fmc Jessie is intriguing, and I liked that she didn't fall into a lot of the cliches that seem so prevalent in mafia RH series. However, she’s supposed to be one of the best hackers out there, but I think the most we saw her do was erase some security footage, Facebook stalk someone and download some files.

The four guys - Shane, Connor, Mikey and Liam - were all okay. Although, the story did seem to focus mainly on Shane and he wasn't my fave. This could be something that balances out in the later books.

The spice was good, but it got a bit repetitive and samey as the book progressed. There wasn't enough to distinguish between each mc for me.

And finally, there were some bits of cringy dialogue too. Jessie really talked about wearing their shirts for “easy access” 😷 hard pass. Not sure about carrying on with this series at the moment.

Whoa, Nelly. The Ryan brothers are 🔥🔥🔥. I love reading books by this author. They’re steamy, fun & not overly angsty.

Jessie is at the wrong place at the wrong time when the Ryan brothers burst into the scene. She’s a hacker with a secret past & she’ll do everything she can to solve the puzzle & get her revenge.

The Ryan brothers are in the business & take no prisoners... usually. All four of them are drawn to the sweet, feisty redhead. She negotiates going with them in an effort to stay alive & they agree. She’s there to show them what she can do & hopefully continue on with her search.

As these 5 navigate life together, the attraction & chemistry only builds. Never before have these 4 shared a woman, but it works for them. They all bring a missing piece to Jessie’s heart. For the first time in a long time these 5 are content & happy... until Jessie’s past catches up with her.

This book ends on a cliffhanger, but Sadie never makes us wait long. This was a fun, quick read & I cannot wait to see this story unfold.

“You take the worst parts of each of us and make them softer and more tolerable. I want you to have a place to run to when you need some space – and some peace. When you need away from my brothers, or from me.... “I want you to have this place, Jessie,” he says, his voice thick with emotion. “Because if I’m going to let you in, I need you to know that you will never leave. If you’re going to be one of us, then you always will be. So, this is the place you can run to when we get a bit too much. If only for a little while.”

I received an arc & this is my honest review.

DNF @ 25% - I just can’t 😫💀

You can tell this was one of Sadie’s first books because it feels like it was written by a teenage virgin with how childish the writing is along with the 3-5 word sentences making it feel choppy as fuck and to see that there is a total of 15 books/novellas for these guys, absolutely not.

I don’t want to waste my time writing a review for this book, but I have to make a notation so I never try re-reading this series. The guys use the FMC for sex. This isn’t an equal relationship. The men hold the power and the female is beholden to them. One of the guys basically treats her like a slut and tells her she’s interchangeable (ie faceless fuck).

There is no love here. There is no romance or relationship or feelings. Even at the end, when they decide to ‘let her in’ they tell her it’s her “responsibility” to keep all the guys satisfied so they don’t feel the need to go find other women…that’s so disgusting I can’t even process he said that to her while proclaiming his “love”.

This book is gross.

I was a little shocked that I didn’t end up loving this book🥲 I love a good why choose with some hot spice, but this was all smut, no plot. Which was kind of a let down. I liked the premise in theory, but there was very little background on any of the characters or the mafia world it was set in. I would have liked to learn a bit more about Jessie & her guys, especially since it seems like their backstories play a big role in the small amount of plot we did get. I also felt like we didn’t really get any tension between her and the love interests. I know not everything has to be a slow burn, but the build up of tension is what I live for when reading these books. I also kinda felt like the guys treated her pretty poorly- a little like she was disposable. Idk…I think this just wasn’t for me which is a bummer because I know a lot of people rave about this series!

Not really spoilers if you know some of the tags for this book.

Plot - none
Smut - a lot, but ew

I don't even know where to start. I don't mind the fact that the Ryan's are brothers and that they end up sharing a woman. I don't mind at all but lordy lord, there is absolutely no plot. There is a tiny bit of back story, read trauma's, but they don't even get nearly enough attention. The characters are just blah. I don't like them, I don't know what they are about besides wanting and needing daily sex.
Talking about that, the smut. Oh. My. God.
Great idea, great scenes, but no.. no.. the words that are used in this book are so fucking cringey. Let me give you some examples : slick folds, cream (EVERY DAMN SCENE SHE IS TALKING ABOUT GETTING HER CREAM EVERYWHERE, WHO SAYS THAT???!), entrance, wet folds. Bruh, just use either the medical terminology or you know, think of some other words. 'Slick folds' in very damn smutty scene. No. I can't. And what is with all the exlamation marks???! And the use of their last names, constantly. Who thinks about a partner and constanly use their last name??? I DONT GET IT
The first 3 smut scenes were okay but every other page is just smut, smut and smut. How is this girl not chafed inside and out.
I was so disgusted by the terminology and bored by all of the smut without plot, I almost dnf'ed.

I will be reading the other books in this series because who am I kidding.
