I’m being paid to track her. She’s the daughter of the head of the Aslanov crime family. Off limits. But I quickly become obsessed with the runaway beauty. Her father is the head of one of the biggest Russian crime syndicates in the world. Rich and ruthless. She’s the innocent girl raised in a convent who ran away when she saw the reality of her family’s business. She is alone in the world, without the skills or means to protect herself. From the first moment I see her, I want to save her. I want to be the one to protect her. I will go up against the entire Russian mafia to keep her out of their grips. Because she is mine. And I protect what is mine. Nothing will change that. Not even the fact that she doesn’t even know my name. *This is an introduction to the Aslanov Russian Mafia universe with a new series coming soon *Vice in a standalone book in the Untouchables MC universe. It is a dark, hot, and sweet MC/ Mafia crossover with an obsessed hero. As always, happy ever afters are guaranteed!
Joanna Blake loves good old fashioned romance, men who open doors and work with their hands. Hot Blooded Heroes is a series of sizzling stories about True Blue American men and the women who love them. She's thrilled to be collaborating with Pincushion Press on her new series! Come along for the ride! XoX, Joanna *********
I loved this one! My favorite story by this author!
Vice is supposed to find her and bring her back to her father. It’s what his company has been hired to do. One look at her in a picture and he knows he’s not doing that. She’s his - he knows it - even though he’s never laid eyes on her in person. Then he finds her… and she’s perfect…. Just like he knew she would be. And guess what??? She likes him too! I greatly enjoyed these characters. I’m now really looking forward to the next new series since we got to meet the Russian brothers.
When the Untouchables are contacted to help find Anastasia, the daughter of a Russian crime boss, who has decided that she wants nothing to do with the family or their activities, all it took was for one picture of her and Vice makes it his personal mission to make sure that she is safe and his. Great storyline, great characters, witty conversation, great chemistry, a few twists and turns, and a great introduction to the Aslanov crime family. I am looking forward to reading more about this family!
Love this series Love the untouchables Vice and Anastasia intense emotional heartstopping broken forbidden insta love story all the feels Ready for more
Vice and Anastasia's story rocked. Loved the chemistry between these two and the fiery sparks they generated. The story grabbed me and held me tightly in its grip. The sinfully seductive combination of drama, emotion, humor, action, heart and steam was utterly irresistible and honestly, I had absolutely no desire to even try to resist. I am posting an unbiased, unsolicited review.
Vice by Joanna Blake is book 8 in The Untouchables MC Series. This is the story of Vice and Anastasia. Anastasia has lived a sheltered life in a Convent. But now she is finding out that her father is a deadly man who is in charge of the Aslanov Russian Mafia. Anastasia doesn't want to be a part of it and takes off on the run. Vice is hired by her father to find her and bring her back. But, Vice feels a instant connection to her and wants only to protect her. Enjoyed this book.
When Vice is sent to bring Anastasia back to her father it takes only one look and he knows that he is going to keep her as his own. Not easy since her father is the head of a Russian crime syndicate. This is a real page turner bringing me not just the MC world but the mafia world as well. With that combination you know there is going to be plenty of drama and action.
It’s always fun to revisit Ms Blake’s MC world - it’s like visiting a friend. Seeing Vice fall for his girl was so satisfying, and Anastasia is such a sweetheart. She compliments him, despite her youth. Her cousins, the lead in to the upcoming Mafia series, were an interesting addition! I can’t wait to see them fall for their girls. My only complaints would be 1) the issue with Anastasia’s father was barely talked about on-page, and the results of her marrying Vice and how her father reacted to it was never mentioned. It was solved just a little too easily. 2) we never did find out Vice’s first name! Overall, an entertaining, fun, and generally lighthearted story that’s great to curl up with!

She was suppose to be just a job, but from the moment he saw her he knew it was more. Protecting her was all he was supposed to do and now he isn’t giving her up even if it gets him killed. Only reason for the 3 stars is because the story felt rushed and lagged at times for me. I still recommend this author, book and series.
An Insta-love romance between an MC bad boy and an innocent mafia princess. . . Vice is the definition of bad boy, living his life fast and loose. Caring only about his MC brothers and his next fix, whether its drinks, drugs or women. Until he is assigned the retrieval of runaway mafia heiress, Anastasia Aslanov.
One look at her dossier and Vice is hooked. He sets off to find his lost princess but once he has her secured, the battle to keep her is just the beginning.
Enjoyed this one, reminded me a lot of Alexa Riley's early work. Obsessive hero? Check. Young, shy and innocent heroine? Check. OTT situations and scenarios? Check and Check!
This is part of a series and there are chapters told through other POVS of past characters that I feel would have been more meaningful if I'd read their individual stories first but overall the inclusion of these other points of view didn't deflect from the main story.
Loved Vice's devotion to Anastasia and I loved that he didn't allow his baser instincts to rule. AKA no instant sex marathon, Lol! He protected her and kept things platonic for weeks, not seducing or taking advantage of her but rather teaching her self defense and putting into motion plans to keep her safe in case something happened to him and he wasn't around to protect her, himself. Their friendship and romance grows over time and made their HEA much more believable. Anastasia is a sweetheart and much like Vice, she instantly feels connect and safe with him, even when he's a complete stranger. She follows her gut feelings and places her trust with Vice and sees his most protective and gentle side, always putting her above anything else. I wish we got to see her short stories play a more dominate role in her future but it was still a cute turn of events.
The ending was a little anti-climatic and on the vague side how the cousins managed to call off the hunt for Anastasia and at the same time, forgive Vice for going against Anastasia's father. After a lot of suspension and danger surrounding the MCs, the ending was wrapped up almost sedately and with no fanfare. Also felt a little out of the loop when it comes to Anastasia and what she witnessed that made her run away from her father, since it's never explained but merely hinted at.
Still really enjoyed this one and I'm definitely curious about Anastasia' cousins! Sound crazy but in the best way!

Vice is the 8th book in Joanna Blake's The Untouchables MC series. I've been waiting for this book for a while and now and I'm a bit disappointed now that I've read it. Vice is an MC/Mafia crossover and the introduction to Joanna Blake's new series the Aslanov Russian Mafia series. In that aspect, it entertained me. I enjoyed the Aslanov brothers and can't wait to see what kind of stories they will have. This one is about Vice who is a veteran and now is a part of The Untouchables MC and works security for his President Cain. At the very beginning of the book, Vice is a manwhore who drinks, gets high, and is loose with women until he's given an assignment that he is to find Anastasia Aslanov, the mafia princess who is heir to the Aslanov Bratva. Anastasia grew up in a boarding school with nuns until she turned 18 and was brought home by her father. When she found out what her family really did and how she was expected to be a part of it she ran. I felt for Anastasia because she lived a very sheltered life and had no real-world skills or understanding of the male species, they scared her. The second Vice saw her picture he fell in love and was determined to find her before her father or her father's enemies and keep her to herself. Which he does and cuts a deal with her cousins to keep her out of the family business and with him. I gave this book a 3-Star rating and a 3-Spicy rating. I could not connect with Vice at all. Who he was at the beginning of the book and his whole personality changing with the turn of a page into a lovesick fool just didn't do it for me. I liked Anastasia though. She was innocent and naive and luckily a quick learner. *I received this book for free. I voluntarily gave an honest review.
If you haven’t read any of the previous books in this series (like me), then you may feel a little lost. There are chapters devoted to characters you are only aware of as Vice’s friends and fellow MC members that tell you how happy they are with their woman, and how she has changed their life for the better. Now, this is all well and good, but without reading their story, it was more like a promo for those books. Plus, I felt like the space could have been used to give us a bit more background on Vice, who seemed a bit one-dimensional and I wanted to know more. Anastasia seemed to be the most well-developed character and I really liked how she adapted and took everything in her stride, though I must admit I had to suspend belief to imagine a young woman raised by nuns not being freaked out by all the things that were going on. Equally, the idea that her cousins, part of the Aslanov crime family, would agree to a marriage between Anastasia and a biker they didn’t know, or that they would agree to her “abandoning” the family. It was probably a missed opportunity for a lot more tension and potential violence. Another problem with this book was the number of typos. Although I don’t usually comment on, or deduct starts for grammatical errors, it felt like I was stuttering at times, having to go back and forward to make sure I understood what the author meant to say. So, while I liked the story, I think it could have given us so much more, which is a shame because the crossover between an MC/mafia romance had me chomping at the bit. Anastasia and Vice's Story is book eight of The Untouchables MC series. Vice is being paid to track Anastasia. She's the daughter of the head of the Aslanov crime family. From the first moment Vice sees her, he wants to save her, he wants to be the one to protect her, and will go up against the entire Russian mafia to keep her out of their grips. The reason he is willing to do all this is because he sees Anastasia as his, and he will protect what is his and nothing will change that. Not even the fact that she doesn't even know his name. I fell in love with both Anastasia and Vice, I see Anastasia as an innocent girl who did know what her family actually did for business and Vice I found to be the typical sexy biker. I absolutely loved the chemistry between Anastasia and Vice. You would think that Anastasia would be a timid young girl, but she is brave, tough, and stands up to her three Bratva cousins, who are quite interesting, who come looking for her. I am definitely looking forward to this new series with these three brothers. I can't wait to see what they're stories will be like and who they end up being with. I would recommend this book to anyone.

"Me and my crew protected women. Didn’t matter who they were. Didn’t matter if they had stirred up a shit storm."
"She was just that beautiful. And she looked lost. Alone. So alone if made my heart ache."
"I'd never been on a hunt like this in my life. A hunt where you wanted to protect and cherish your goal, not destroy it."

Vice and his brother are protectors and that's a job he has to do. Anastasia is on the run from her Mafia family. She wants to be free and away from the chaos.
𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
Vice fell from the start. He was a goner from the moment his eyes landed on that photo. I loved him and his club they were real men. Vice also was so sweet for his lady. He fell hard. Anastasia was so sweet. She wanted away from all the mafia ties and she fell just as hard as vice did. The suspense and plot were perfect for this story. It had action as well. So much went on but it was so good. I thought it was hilarious he thought he was a creepy old man when he was taking care of her. This was such a perfect story. I'll have to keep my eyes open for more by this author.

This is a another hit out of the park for Ms. Blake. The characters are both lovable and slightly air-headed, Vice is a good guy but can be bad at times. When he is sent a picture of Anastasia, for him it is love-lust at first sight. He will do anything to keep her safe and hopes that he can win her over. Anastasia is the princess of the most violent Russian Mafia around. She does not want to be involved, so she runs and tries to stay ahead of her father, his enemies and other crime families. When she meets Vice she is leary, but he soon wins her over and they skate around their attraction to each other. Everything come to ahead, when her cousins, find them, but her cousins help them stay away from her father and the family business. Their love starts off slowly but soon burns brightly as the North Star.
Vice falls fast and hard when he sets eyes on Anastasia. He holds back though, believing he is not good enough for her but will stand by herself to protect her. He does everything he can to make her feel safe and secure. Anastasia meanwhile is learning about a lot of things after being sheltered in a convent most of her life. She does not want to return to the Famiglia due to the bloodshed she witnessed, but while she might be innocent and condone violence, she can be both cute and sassy when she wants to be. She gives Vice the confidence to be a better man. Indeed, this couple is one you cheer for. We also get some POVs from other members of the Untouchables and hints of who might star in the spin off series. Overall this was a good read.

Vice is a true biker. Ana is an innocent that he feel in love with from just her picture. When the bikers find the one that they say will never happen to them there is no holding them back. They will go to the ends of the world to protect them. And Vice does just that. Ana was raised in a convent and her father is head of the Russian Mob. She runs away and Vice is suppose to bring her back but he doesn't want that for her. He wants to keep her safe from that world. So entails the chase. What a chase it is. Needless to say there is danger, action, chemistry, clandestine meetings, car chases, and biker loyalty not to mention the loyalty only the Mob can have. A great read. Joanna Blake does not disappoint.

Vice is the eighth book in The Untouchables MC series. I read this book a long time ago and I have reread it again, as I enjoyed it quite a lot. This is the last book in this series but it crosses over to another series by the author. Vice is sent to do a job, track down and bring back Anastasia. What he ends up doing is not quite in the job instructions but it is so much better. Anastasia is the sheltered and innocent daughter of the head of the Aslanov Bratva. When she found out what her family actually does she ran away, not knowing where exactly to run to. But she knows she never wants to go back and will fight to keep her new found freedom. So when Vice shows up, the epic bad boy that he is, she may start to fall under his sexy smirking spell but she will battle him all the way to their HEA.
Your heart will feel every bit of this love story!
Vice is a member of the Untouchables MC and also works for a private security agency. Anastasia is the heir to the Aslanov Russian Mafia. She has just found out about what her father and family do, and now she’s on the run. Vice’s agency is hired by her father to find her. One look at her picture and the effect on him is instantaneous. These two couldn’t be more opposites. Vice having a lot of experiences in life, but Anastasia is so very, very innocent. There’s also the age gap between them. He’s very protective of her and vows to keep her safe, always. Their journey together is enlightening for her and intense for him. Such a great page turning love story.
Vice and Anastasia are a couple I enjoyed getting to know. There are POVs from more than just these two, but primarily them. The thoughts inside Vice’s head were quite funny and endearing. It was his POV I liked the most. You get cameos from characters of previous stories too. The whole book flowed so well that before I knew it I had reached the epilogue. I’m excited for the Aslanov brothers to start their spinoff series. They were super entertaining with their casual discussions and threats of death and bodily harm to others in a way most would be talking about the weather. If you want to see how well, or not well, a Russian mafia and MC gang interact then this is a good book for you.

Vice took one look at Anastasia and knew he would live and die for her. He was hired by her family to find her but when he found her he didn't realize just how much he would grow to care about her. Anastasia doesn't know much about the world but Vice has been teaching her to become more self reliant. Also she begins to feel things that she hasn't felt. While Vice does have his club to have his back. Anastasia also have her cousins that have hers. She and Vice must come to an agreement or their relationship may end before it starts.

Anastasia’s family is a part of the most powerful crime syndicate in the world, the Russian mafia, and she’s too innocent for that life. She tries to get away but Vice is being sent to track her down. The only thing, he wants her for himself. At first sight, he’s completely obsessed and will stop at nothing to make her his.
Throw in dangers from her family and their enemies, action, suspense and thrill, this was an exciting story. It has the enjoyable bad boy/good girl trope with a dangerous alpha male as our main male character. Very good and entertaining story.

While this book was not one of my favorites in this series, I enjoyed this story. This book appears to be what I refer to as a bridge book to a new story line for this series. Sometimes when a new story line is being set up you don't get the concentration on the characters that you would normally receive. I enjoyed the love at first sight aspect of the story, but the character development for both main characters could have been flushed out more. I always enjoy peeks into the lives of previous characters. Looking forward to Trace's book if we can ever get him out of his bat cave, it could be an interesting installment to this series.
Anastacia finds out how dangerous her father is and decides she doesn't want to be a part of that life and runs. Vice is hired to help locate her and bring her home to her father. When Vice sees a picture of her he is immediately drawn to her. Vice knows that once he finds Anastacia, he wants to claim her for his own. Will Anastacia take a chance with Vice? Can they be together?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy.

This story was just o.k. for me. For the two of them hiding out and "running away" from her father I thought it lacked action and suspense. I thing the biggest downside for me were the times when a scene would suddenly shift out of nowhere, in one sentence they are standing outside the car and then the next they are climbing out of them car. This was confusing and combined with some grammatical errors made the reading less than smooth. This story is part of the Untouchables MC, but can be read by itself, I did. Unfortunately, it did not entice me to read any more of the series.

Vice is the 8th book in The Untouchables MC series. It is a HEA and story of love/lust at first sight. The story of Vice and Russian Mafia princess Anastasia Aslanov is a stand-alone in the Untouchables MC world. There are appearances from other MC members and friends of Vice. I've read the series, but I do think it would be helpful to be familiar with previous books. Entertaining, it is meant to be a bridge into the world of the Aslanov family. In just the brief introduction, Anastasia's three dominant cousins sound sexy and intriguing. **Reasons I enjoyed this book: Entertaining & Happily Ever After
If you are already a Joanna Blake fan, you are likely to enjoy this book as much as any previous release. MC hijinx: check. *cough* Preacher *cough* Chapters dedicated to checking in with familiar faces: check. Steamy scenes: check. However, the other apparent constant that seems to get worse instead of getting better are the repeated typos. Included in these are instances where Blake can’t seem to even remember how she’s decided to spell some characters names. If these don’t bother you in your reading experience, this book is a quick cute read.

So I was on the fence about this book. The insta-love was almost too much at first, yet the more I kept reading, the more I realized I didn’t really care—I ended up enjoying this read. It wasn’t anything spectacular, but I found myself sitting back, sipping coffee, and losing myself in it for a few hours.
The plot is simple, the world is familiar, and the tropes are popular. If you enjoy mafia romance with MC vibes, I think you’ll like this. Overall, I’d give it a 3.5. I had a good time, despite a few melodramatic moments.

This was another solid offering from this author! Vice has been tasked with finding Anastasia, the daughter of the head of the Aslanov crime family. She has gone missing after finding out what her family's business is. Vice took one look at her picture and decided that she is his. After she is found, they go into hiding together. Vice knows that he should stay away from her but he just can't. This book was a crossover between the Untouchables and a new series about the Russian Aslanov family. Can't wait for more from each series!
When Anastasia finds out the truth about her family’s business, she does only think she can think off and flees as she wants no part of the mafia business. Vice and his company are tasked to find her, but one look at her picture and Vice knows he is keeping her for himself. When he does find her, sparks fly and the sweet lady is his forever.
This was a fast paced, intense, MC/mafia read, with well developed characters and added bits of passion. I’m hoping Anastasias cousins get their own books soon.
