Chris Terzakos is truly inspiring as he writes his book, Hernia Without Surgery, to help others who are suffering from the same problem. He empowers others in using natural remedies and encourages self-healing and non-invasive treatment before turning to surgery. With his own research into the body’s natural ability to self-heal, he provides insight into anti-inflammatory supplements and other types of exercise that will not aggravate the hernia, foods to eat, and foods to avoid. At the end of his book, he provides evidence to back up his statements throughout.

What I really like about his book is that he always backs his statements with evidence based on research. The supplements suggested in books like B-vitamins and Vitamin D-3 are vitamins that are overlooked often. We really don’t realize how important vitamin-D is until we are deficient and told why we are fatigued. I know I was always told how important calcium is, but what we fail to realize is that vitamin-D helps with the distribution of calcium throughout our bodies. It also helps prevent muscle cramps and muscle weakness.

I recently had a friend of mine tell me he was suffering from an inguinal hernia. I recommended this book to him as his doctor said he may need surgery as well. He started reading this book the day that I told him about it and began the regimen in this book. He is hopeful that he will not need the surgery the doctor has prescribed. He was so happy because he would rather do non-invasive treatment than surgery. I am so thankful to the author, Chris Terzako, for all his hard work and dedication in helping others who suffer ailments such as this!

“Hernia Without Surgery: A Natural & Holistic Self-Healing Program to Treat Inguinal
Hernia” by Christopher Terzakos is a book written by a transformational coach and
motivational speaker. In this piece, he puts forth a way to create a self-healing plan,
born from one he created for himself when faced with the possibility of hernia surgery.
Keep in mind, any self-treatment for medical conditions should be approached with
caution, and it is essential to consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice that
is appropriate for your medical condition. With that said, Terzakos’ book presents a shift
in perspective that includes lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, exercises, and
alternative therapies to help manage symptoms and potentially promote healing. These
approaches usually focus on strengthening the affected area, reducing inflammation,
and improve your overall well-being. Terzakos brings about good talking points to
discuss with your medical professional and create a plan for you if you have a mild
hernia that does not require surgery.

In Hernia without a Surgery, rather than following the doctor's recommendation for surgery, Chris embarks on an extraordinary path to create his own self-healing plan. As someone who is not a fan of surgeries, I can completely understand his motivation to do this, as any medical procedure can be scary.

Chris delves into intensive research, exploring a vast array of knowledge on natural healing methods and optimal conditions to support his body's recovery. Although not applicable for everything, this book serves as a profound reminder that we have the power to change our health by transforming our lifestyle.

The narrative unfolds with a compelling blend of personal anecdotes, scientific insights, and practical advice. The book serves as a guiding light for those seeking alternative approaches to healing and a renewed sense of hope in their own capacity for transformation.

Overall, this book is a profound and uplifting read that challenges conventional beliefs about health and invites you to explore the limitless possibilities of the human body.

Christopher Terzakos' book, Hernia Without Surgery: A Natural & Holistic Self-Healing Program to Treat Inguinal Hernia, is a book that helps the reader find an alternative to treat their hernia. Even if I happen to experience a hernia myself, I would know what to do as well. Terzakos' own personal experience with a hernia can give the reader someone that they can relate to. I actually got to know and got a better understanding of what inguinal hernia actually is. The tips the author gave just happen to be very helpful. The reader would know what foods to eat, what foods to avoid, avoid lifting heavy, what workouts to do, etc. Professionals who specialize in alternative medicine should read this book and recommend the methods to their patients. Especially if conventional medicine does not work for the patient at first. I hope that this book put the readers mind at ease just like it did for myself.

Christopher Terzakos effectively shows you that self-healing is all about your lifestyle. I wish I had discovered this book before having surgery for three hernias. I would have preferred to explore other options besides surgery. I appreciate the root of his methods based on positivity and relaxation. Change your life by changing your health is a superb mantra. The text makes the fine point that you can even transform adversities into chances to heal and grow. All the techniques are well-grounded, and based on information from various research studies. I like strategies based on science. Vitamin supplementation combined with various methods is implemented easily. The author effectively details how various vitamins can benefit your health. I had no idea until I read this book about the power of magnesium to increase well-being. The aloe vera drinks are certainly a boost I will try.

Hernias can be very painful, and they happen relatively often. When they do, surgery sometimes becomes an option. However, many individuals want to know if there is another way to get some relief. This book suggests that there is, and it goes into a great deal of detail about various ways you might get past this painful and debilitating situation.

The author is very knowledgeable about hernias, particularly of the inguinal variety. He went through one himself, and this is a narrative about what he learned during the process. If he was able to figure out a way to avoid surgery, you can do the same. If you’re dealing with a hernia and don’t want to go under the knife, this very well might be the book for you. It’s insightful, written in simple language that anyone can understand, and it should also put you in a better mind frame as you grapple with this challenge.

The book completely challenges the mainstream medical approach to hernia treatment. Terzakos elucidates the potential benefits of non-surgical treatments, blending scientific research with holistic practices in a way that is accessible for laymen. The book provides an impressive depth of information and walks readers through the stages of a self-care regimen. However, it falls short in addressing potential risks associated with forgoing traditional treatments. A recommended read for those seeking alternative perspectives on health and wellness, but it should be considered as a supplement, not a replacement, for professional medical advice. Readers are advised to consult with a healthcare provider before making any significant changes to their treatment plan.

Christopher Terzakos shares in this book the 9 steps necessary to improve health and even succeed in the process of self-healing. I was skeptical at first, and probably this won´t apply to everyone or every condition out there, but I think the author did decent research and built up a method that, if followed correctly, can change things around.

Overall, it was an interesting read. The author's goal is to find new ways of communicating with our body, rather than falling into the old traditional medicine. Without being a doctor, he makes some valid points, and the recommendations can be complemented with the doctor's advice, so I think it can be a gamechanger for people looking for a different approach.

This was a wonderful read. A guy after my own heart, the author has recorded his experiences and wisdom in his journey of self-healing. He knew that his body had the ability to heal itself from an inguinal hernia and he shares that work with his readers. There is a step-by-step step program in this book for those that are interested in self-healing of an inguinal hernia. An awesome book that I would recommend.

As someone in the medical field, the title of this book caught my attention. It was an enlightening read, but I would advise anyone with unusual swelling to consult their GP. The book highlights how certain types of exercise can prevent certain types of hernias, along with a proper diet. The author's knowledge and expertise are evident in the book and I completely agree with the tips provided regarding the types of exercise to be done.
