The Suitcase

Rate this book
A man arrives home from an international flight to find that the airline has delivered his lost luggage. Wonderful, except he never lost his luggage in the first place. The story is told through his increasingly maddening call to customer service as he tries to figure out how, and why, the airline created a perfect replica of his suitcase and possessions.

Andy Marino graduated from NYU with a bachelor's degree in English, and dedicated himself to writing fiction. The insidious tractor beam of online social networks became the inspiration for Unison Spark, a novel about two teens with a secret past fighting the manipulative, all-consuming social network of the future.

If this were at all possible, my life would be so much easier if I could get used to the new textures and the new smells. I am forever losing things.

The pain and nightmare of talking to customer service is universal. It was pretty funny.
