It is easy and fun to read and teaches practical skills and ideas along with stories of how her life experiences helped shape her teachings. Erin's ability to guide us through big ideas and powerful feeling states is remarkable. The way she seamlessly connects eastern ritual and western psychology is so compelling, and no matter your background or beliefs this book is for you. I loved the guided meditations and journal prompts throughout the book to really drive home the concepts Erin is teaching, and her insights are truly actionable.

Full transparency- Erin is a beloved and treasured friend of mine; my desire for others to share in the joy, humor, love, and honesty in her book is so pure.

Erin transports you to ashrams in India, retreats in Bali, conversations and experiences throughout Europe, and her deepest connections to Israel. For the reader, Erin’s desire to support each and every one of us to live a life we truly love and are proud of is the heart behind the words. Erin’s experiences, education, and commitment to sharing her knowledge and wisdom with us all is a blessing, as is her friendship.

Erin believes deeply in manifestations, so if you keep seeing this book around and are wondering if you should explore it yourself or share it as a gift, consider this your sign to do so!

It is not your typical self-help book nor a standard memoir: it is love letter to every version of Erin and to every version of the reader. The ones we have met, are currently living, and those we have yet to meet on our journey.

Whether you are looking to add meditation, journaling, or other modes to more deeply connect to yourself, or are just eager to read about the journey of another person, you will find what you are seeking in Erin’s book.

A Life-Changing Guide to Authentic Living

I’ve read many self-help books, but Nothing Can Stop You by Erin Rachel Doppelt stands out in a truly special way. Erin’s unique blend of Eastern wisdom and Western psychology creates a powerful, practical guide for anyone looking to step into their authentic self with confidence and clarity.

What I love most about this book is how relatable and actionable it is. Erin’s personal stories, combined with the thoughtful exercises and meditations, make it easy to integrate these teachings into daily life. The “Accounting for the Soul” practice, in particular, has helped me gain clarity on my goals and values, allowing me to show up more fully in my life and work.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps, this book offers a compassionate and empowering roadmap to self-discovery and transformation. I highly recommend Nothing Can Stop You to anyone ready to embrace their true potential and live with greater purpose and joy.

Finding this book in a small shop in Glenwood Springs, CO was a blessing in disguise. I didn’t know how much I needed this book until I started reading and couldn’t put it down. This self help book is more than that, it’s inspiring, engaging, and provides the tools to shift into a healthy/growth mindset. I loved underlining sentences and completing the journal prompts that spoke out to me. Highly recommend this book!! LOVE LOVE LOVE <3

Erin is an authentic, honest, and grounded writer. I loved reading about her journey and taking what I could learn to apply to my own life. Her lessons and integrations are easy to follow and implement into my own life. I genuinely hope I can cross paths with her again through one of her programs/trainings because there is a lot she has to teach the world. This book is just the right blend of woo-woo, travel memoir, spiritual awakening, self-help, and lessons from a friend. Highly recommend to any woman wanting guidance in her life.
