Star cultists and chainlings have infiltrated the city, mixing with the hundreds of awakened who have come to take part in the grand tournament in the hopes of being noticed by the region’s Countess.
Dallion’s life is split between fighting in the tournament and exploring the world item of his Guild. Soon, he finds out that the two are connected and might contain answers not only to the world’s past but one of his item guardians as well.
Dallion must use everything he’s learned to unlock the world item’s secrets and top the Star in a race that holds the fate of Nerosal in the balance.
So many words to explore… so much time… and the Star is one step ahead…
Book 4 of a unique spin on Isekai LitRPG filled with countless pocket-realms to explore. A zero-to-hero, slow-build Progression Fantasy you won't be able to put down.
Book for was an interesting experience. It felt like the MC forgot that other people exist and have lives. He freaks out and starts to think his rock star girlfriend isn't in to him anymore because they are both busy AF.
Also, why in the world would he think that he can take on a world artifact that the guild only explores in many person groups. It was a little frustrating.
Oh well. Still going to read the next one.

I enjoy the concept... I hate the world is just one silly secret after another. Dallion might be one of the most annoying MCs ever....
Book 4 is my least favorite. While I'm glad this arc is over it just feels like everyone is ungrateful.. the guild never admitted they couldn't complete the world item without Dallion. They made him the villain despite him saving everyone. It's like this entire world is full of entitled Karen's lol
Everybody treats the mc like trash and he acts like he is at fault. He is dumb as a rock and has a stupid hero complex. Can't think for himself and is always crying about everything. It's annoying that he acts like he is 5y old and everyone else is his mother. If i met someone like the mc IRL i would assume he has some sort of autism.
Another great addition to the series. Dal continues to be a great character, if a bit reckless. I still enjoy the unique concepts in this series a lot. Echoes and splitting are a great addition. The familiars are great too.
Long. Very long for the amount of plot movement. I find my attention beginning to wander as the MC seems to have a hard time with impulse control and learning from his experiences. Seems to be moving to some sort of resolution, but if it takes another 900+ pages to get there I may not stick it out.
Im really tired of the main character always regretting his actions. like i get he regrets it but were reminded so often. this might be the end of the line for me
