San Francisco in 2045 is a pretty run down and past it place. Summer fires are raging up north, the economy is tanking and the City streets are becoming dangerous again. In Ulman’s opinion the only reason Shaw isn’t locked up is because he has more money than almost anyone but he should be. He was starting to make Ulman feel at times, like he was losing it too—that old ‘rabbit hole’ didn’t seem to have an end…With questionable characters, crazy billionaires, foxy Dames and inter-dimensional mind bending weapons created before our Universe even existed, going insane or just staying that way looks like a good option…
