The Complet Mathew Adam's Mysteries Box Set.
These 3 books are interesting aŕe very often graphic with the way some criminals and some people's nasty nature comes to the fore with how they treat others. A very unusual set,mainly involving 2 families, and how their lives unwind as they are intwined with such vicious people. Had trouble putting each book down until I reached the finish. Would recommend to some readers.

I rarely give up on books but these beat me.
Matthew Adams is the most gullible detective ever. However I'm sure he will appeal to some readers but gripping is a serious overstatement.

I enjoyed the series of books, Unfortunately I have never known a character to have so much bad luck in his life. To have so much going on is truly unbelievable
