This is the story of Willow 'Twig' Olsen, a woman of scandinavian descent, who was trapped into an existance of traditional servitude for the first thirty eight years of her life, and what transpires after her last parent dies, and she is finally free to seek male companionship, as she has long desired. What happens thereafter is a whirlwind of unexpected events that lead to greed, deception, and eventually murder.

If all the free Kindle books are this bad, I will be sorely disappointed. I do believe this book was written by the author's genitalia pecking at the keyboard and not his hands. Seemed more like immature teenage boy smut. The posse plot had potential, but again it seemed the testosterone took over and it read like a violent video game. Who publishes this trash?!?

Happily ever after the death of many

This was great read, g til the very end. The characters were funny, but realistic and poignant. The action was unbelievable at times, not because it couldn't happen, but scary because the level of greed, power and graft is only too commonplace today.

Read like a Harlequin romance . . . . . it was a "freebie"

Quite the unexpected opening, however, it lost it's momentum. Was not what was expected but an overall decent read.

I really didn't care for first half of this book. However the second half was fast moving and exciting!

Somehow I downloaded this free book into my mystery collection, so I was obviously confused about what I was getting. I didn't read very far as all the book is about is explicit illicit sex.
