An Introduction to Alternative Dispute Resolution

Rate this book
The Civil Procedure Code 1908 in Section 89 which states the provisions relating to settlement of dispute outside the court. It means referring the dispute to any of the mode of alternative dispute resolution viz., arbitration, conciliation, mediation and negotiation. It would be nice if it were easily systematized, so one could just learn ADR processes and use these alternatives to their clients’ advantage. Finally, I believe this book will be valuable to practitioners and law students who are transitioning from advocacy to ADR as a new legal avenue. I know this book will provide you insights into ADR that will enhance your professional competence.
