This book is so out of touch with today’s ways. It’s over 20 years old and cites companies who have gone bankrupt as exemplary. While some of the ideas might be great for retention of employee like bonuses… it is not practical for the social sector. If your boss is making you read this, run! They are out of touch and will decide you are not fit for their “bus.”

Quick read

4 out of 5...This.summary was too short. Back to the main text for complete learning. Just when it was getting good, I'm done....

Awesome shortened version of a good book!

Got this done in 20min. And it covers all main points. Excellent stuff for a busy person to get through

Just what I needed

Very good distillation of key concepts including the Hedgehog principle and the Flywheel Effect. A few typos and a diagram that didn't display correctly take my rating down a notch.
