This book offers tips on how to improve at a little bit of everything, but doesn't provide much guidance on how to actually improve the ability to focus. It was too repetitive and messy for my taste - perhaps it could have used some editing.

Adds in the end of the chapters and some of the tips (like "create phone reminders to tell yourself how far you've come and how proud you are of yourself") might worsen the ability to focus and cause symptoms of ADT, sometimes misinterpreted as ADHD.

Even though I gave this 1 star, there were good tips here and there, and I do appreciate the effort to write a short book about this important theme.
