Thank you, Practical Inspiration Publishing, for the ARC.

This is a very practical and insightful book on micro habits on meaningful interactions for leadership.

I would say this book will be helpful for anyone who needs to implement more effective strategies for communication. I say you will find many helpful tips which we tend to ignore but will actually help us in making our team to be more efficient and better rather than being too busy and not being able to bring better solutions to recurring issues and challenges in the team.

I feel this is a book with main contents similar to chapter summaries which I feel could have been more detailed and made interesting with more work environment scenarios.

Overall, a very good book on leadership. Very much of it harmonizes with so many other books I've read on topics that don't necessarily include leadership. Indeed, I counted no fewer than a dozen books I've already read on her further reading appendix. The book is well organized and easy to find sections as needed.
