CatIt’s just a trip to Vegas, nothing major. That is until love appears in the form of a beautiful stranger, Teddy. Cat’s stunned to say the least and the fact that his expression appears to be the same as hers is unreal. Yet, he approaches her at the roulette table with a proposition that she can’t refuse—let the game decide their fate. She’s a scientist and love at first sight is theoretically possible, or is it?
TeddyWho knew the bachelor party celebration in Vegas for his cousin would lead Teddy into the moment he spots the woman of his dreams sitting at roulette table. After his past relationship nearly destroyed him, finding true love was the last thing he expected to find in the city of sin.
But whimsical fairytales don’t exist in the real world and the reality that they married a stranger isn’t going to sit right with everyone. Is that moment they fell in love strong enough to take them into the future?
It was okay. I didn't like the voice of the hero, I know he's from the South, but he came off like a Country Bumpkin—too Jethro (of The Beverly Hillbillies)—aw shucks, did the chickens get out the coop again? Also, I don't like presumptuous people, he crossed a line before their attraction was firmly established. It could just be me, so your opinion may differ. Read It!
This was a quick and entertaining read! It was well written and had a great plot. I loved the unconditional and all encompassing love Teddy and Cat had for each other. I'm glad she was able to repair her relationships with her mom and sister.
