After Avery’s siblings show up, she’s in a dark place—the darkest of places. They have no love for her, and it’s truly always been about what they can get from her all while ignoring her very existence until it suits them. It’s a pain unlike any other and something a lot of people wouldn’t understand—even the people around her thinking it wasn’t quite as bad as she’d said. But for the first time in her life, Avery’s ready to fight back. With the help of the new friends around her that truly care for her, she’s going to show herself that she’s stronger than she’s ever thought. Ryder, Griffin, and Lorenzo are completely sunk on Avery but struggle with being who she needs while juggling the challenges of her being with two other men. It’s a hard recipe to get right and given that they’re not human, there are more pitfalls that Avery doesn’t understand. But how can a woman who’s never been given love accept a healthy relationship—especially from three different men?
Erin is a born Chicagoan who decided to state hop a bit, given she works from home. She currently resides in Georgia with her pup, Lord Vader Flynn. With an eclectic and addictive personality, there isn’t much that doesn’t interest her or she won’t pour herself into if it catches her fancy. She has always been interested in the darker aspects of life and mythologies—especially vampires, shifters, the occult, and anything paranormal.
To date, she has published more paranormal books than she can keep up with the characters for, in different genres with dedicated readers who await each release to her numerous series under any of the three Flynn names she writes.
Ren really deserves better. The apple really doesn't fall far from the tree when it comes to selfishness. She just takes and takes from the 3 of them. It's all about her insecurities and past and them making her feel better. But what about them? Ok, she's given back to Grif and even a lille to Ry but Ren is really getting the short end of the stick. Then when he protects himself she whines about him having a foot out the door. Not true but who could blame him if he did. I sure wouldn't. He deserves better!
Anyways a lot in this book is just filler that could have been done in 100 pages vs almost 300.
I'll keep this review very short and sweet since I'm about to continue onto the third one.
*SPOILERS AHEAD*
A lot happened in this book, though by the end, you kind of forget just how much did.
Avery's siblings appeared at the end of the last book and planned to just move in and take over her life. Thankfully, Lorenzo had put up a spell to prevent people intending to do her harm from entering, and that stopped Grace, her sister, from entering in the form of a broken ankle. Not long after they got rid of them, Grace outed Avery as being the winner of the lottery, which, needless to say, brought a lot of people out of the woodwork. Things got worse when Grace played a victim, saying that her sister wasn't sharing the money and was being cruel to her siblings.
Avery tried laying low as much as possible until she helped prevent a kidnapping, and her identity was released with an updated photo, and then her address was leaked.
There were a few fights / arguments with her partners again... It's pretty generic stuff, though. She's got to know the wolf pack pretty well after she admitted she knew what supernatural everyone was. Other than that and the other things mentioned above, things were pretty slow moving throughout the story. Lots of insecurities in the main characters, lots of saying they'll communicate, etc.
At the end, it's implied something big is about to go down, resulting in Avery being in pain. Which, considering it's the final book, and she seems to have a lot of people gunning for her, directly or otherwise, isn't a stretch. Guess we'll see what happens.

Anyone with body image issues should not read this, it’s really a huge aspect of the story
I feed like I have nothing nice to say yet this was well written but certain parts really, really, really irked me.
Drama, drama so much drama yeah I’m sooooo not okay with how Avery handled several situations in this book especially the Lorenzo bit there in the last few chapters. she kept asking if she was “being unreasonable” because she was refusing to solve the issue with the ideas that Lorenzo was suggesting. I mean, pick a lane, you want the truth, this person is telling you how it was but you are not seeming to believe him so he’s suggesting ways to get more proof but “his suggestions are over the top making it seem like he’s untrustworthy and so making you feel as if he thinks you’re unreasonable”. Am I the unreasonable one here? She says she’s a doormat but some of her actions really scream otherwise especially with the guys……with other people yeah, she cries a lot and isn’t confrontational but with the guys eeeeh I won’t say it but I’m thinking it. All this took away all the good stuff this series had coz I sort of noticed this behavior in the first book but thought maybe it was like “lashing out” after everything she had been through but it was so much worse in this one. I’m continuing because the next book is the last one otherwise I don’t think I would have continued on.
I can't say I hated it because I did end up reading book 2. What I will say is, some authors write books to capture your imagination and help lose yourself in the written word... Not this one, this is more of writing for therapeutic reasons, not mine though but the author. This heroine definitely needs therapy. We got it in book 1 she had a lot of bad handed to her but book 2 is still going on about it, in just more detail. I did start skipping pages cause I was getting bored.
I do dislike how she treats her men. They are not allowed to do anything wrong because she just kicks them out and shuts down. An alpha werewolf that well can't be alpha. A damaged warlock that she should really understand but dismisses as though his feelings don't matter. A centuries old vampire who's suddenly supposed to act like his 18 because "he's not sweet enough" I'm getting the my feelings matter more everytime. The crying when the men backed off "you're going to breakup with me" .... Not cool. Relationships are hard enough, the heroine is a hot mess and her pushing her men away every 5 minutes well hmmm I suppose she's lucky there is a supernatural twist of imprinting.
This trilogy is a feel good quick read that may leave you in tears for the trauma and tears for all the good that’s comes to our main character Avery. This is a why choose dynamic, that allows our girl to be with who she wants without breaking any hearts.
Don’t get me wrong Avery has a ton of trauma that surrounds her family and the resulting lack of self confidence only leads to more heartbreak for her. Until her luck changes … changing everything and putting her on a new path that leads to so much more then she would have ever wanted for herself. The past however catches up to her which was exactly what she was afraid of.
Erin is one of my forever auto buy authors, I have yet to not love everyone of her books in all of her series’.
I am liking this series so far, though it suffers form the same threads that made me put aside Artemis University, at least for a time. While Avery isn't the most powerful by any means in this series, nor does she have an inspirational solution to all the problems, she does have the persecution plot devices that get a touch tiring.
That said - there are reasons that Avery is targeted so much, the largest of them being money. It makes sense, but I still find the attitudes of most everyone except her closest, to be unreal and perhaps inflated.
Regardless, it's still an enjoyable book with a character that starts coming into her own.
⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ 3/5 Avery (Tantalizing Trilogies Series by Erin R. Flynn)
Avery was a really enjoyable read! I absolutely loved Avery as the FMC - she’s strong, smart, and easy to root for. Erin R. Flynn did a great job pulling me into the world and keeping the story flowing. While I’m usually more of a big-harem girl and the three MMCs weren’t exactly my personal taste, that’s totally just a me thing. The chemistry was still fun to read, and I appreciated how well their connections were written. Overall, it’s a solid, well-written story that readers who enjoy smaller harems and resilient heroines who’ve been through a lot will definitely appreciate!
This is just plain bad. The plot is everywhere, but goes absolutely nowhere as well. The pace is ridiculously slow and still, the relationships aren't developed enough. This is a bad RH because the relationships are completely detached from one another. It doesn't feel like a big family. Also, I hate Avery's behavior toward Lorenzo, who's the sweetest of the 3. It makes no sense to me that she's so distrustful toward him. I don't see the point of reading book 3, for all of the main plots are done.
This is such a weird one for me. A few spelling mistakes I could easily overlook but there were points when it time skipped and it did it in a way that jars you from the moment. So much dialogue and unnecessary over sharing of things that they do and eat. It’s just meh! At this point but the next book is the last so let’s see what’s going to happen.
I wanna know what’s in the sister’s emails and what that whole thing with Ryder and Lorenzo’s ex’s are. Also the whole “wolf pheromones” shit??

All three of these books came at once leaving no cliff-hanger hangover. Avery was an engaging character who encountered all the heartache and drama that Erin is known for. A must read if you've enjoyed anything written by her...
The second book really ups the pace of the narrative to keep you hooked unlike many second parts of trilogies.
Avery 2 (Tantalizing Trilogies) Loved this book !!! So glad she has her 3 men by her side!!! Her family is the worst I have ever met or read about!!! Definitely can't wait to start book 3!!! I recommend this whole series!!! It’s funny and traumatic experience at the same time !!! Definitely recommend this book 📚
I love this series, just reread it again and forgot how humbly beautiful it is. I normally don’t reread. I try to find “if you like this…then we recommend…”. But this one was sentimental. All the main characters are well fleshed out and the world building was lovely. Awesome weekend read for all 3 books.
Overall, I enjoyed most of this book. It still feels more contemporary than paranormal romance to me. I also am feeling a little more annoyed with Avery and want her to buck up a bit and get passed this woe is me thing she has going on. I hated how she treated Lorenzo.
Read on KU. Again a brilliant book from a fantastic author. This continues Avery's story and I love how things are developing. I love that there is plot explored and obviously more to come. Really enjoyed this :)
I DNF’d about 30% in. I really hoped the whining would stop after book 1. And then Avery suddenly speaks out about everyone not being human? I pushed pass that but I couldn’t do it anymore 🙃

I DNFd about 3/4ths done. I couldn't take it anymore. Jesus Christ at the whiney, pouty MCs. Avery wasn't much better. The books have zero plot. Just sex and hurt feelings.
Poor Avery. When her siblings find out about her money her quiet life is over and suddenly she’s being talked of on media and around town. All slanderous lies and gossip. On top of that more rough patches with the guys. But she’s a smart cookie. She’s also made good friends that have her back. But lots of ups and downs and coming to grips with her trauma and the guys past. I really love these characters.
I really ok with the first book. And I was enjoying the second one until about 37% I know she tried to make it not demeaning, but I found it very demeaning. Like wow was that a punch in the face. And the fact that she had no warning and how to do it in a bunch of a men outside the harem, and really just turned me off the book. This author isn’t for me
Absolutely much better then the first book, there was story, depth and progression and it was exactly what I was expecting. Glad I continued to reading this next installment. Looking forward to the next.
Wow Avery has huge balls...have lunch with the people in your life that matter and say you're a vampire, you're a werewolf, and you're witches....just wow...love this series and love how Erin makes all her characters believable and feel their pain
