ღ I have read this series from the beginning, so when I pick up one Cocker books I already feel like they are family.. but Faleena Hopkins does that with pretty much all her books
♥. Cadens decided to become a doctor after his grandfather got sick few year ago. The man is a typical Cocker.. He doesn’t like to take orders or follow rules
Caden is second year resident , she is his supervisor. She hold his future in her hands.
Somewhat long the way Elizabeth start to notice how sexy Caden Cocker, from there things start to get really interesting
Every time I read a Faleena Hopkins book, I am blown away by how talented she is, I believe Faleena could make even the 5 Generation fun & sexy
Loved this book, so much! I devoured this book in one sitting.

I have read every book in this series. Was excited to read this one too, until I read the author is trying to trade mark the word cocky. In my opinion it's a tacky and classless move. I won't read anything else from her, including this book I'm supposedly reviewing.

Read this out of sheer curiosity, since the author's been in the news lately. The book is poorly plotted and spends far too much time on characters from the previous stories in the series.

Who wouldn't play doctor with Caden??
Another awesome book in the Cocker Series. I loved Caden and his confidence and empathy. He's the kind of doctor I would love to have. His love for his patients and his family is admirable. I love his relationship with his siblings and cousins. It was so much fun being along for the ride to finding his true love. Faleena Hopkins just keeps writing such relatable characters that you can't help but like them. I love every mention of couples from previous books because their stories continue with these mini glimpses. I love that Ms. Hopkins shoots her own covers and interviews the models in character. I'm 100% invested in the lives of the Cocker Family and cannot wait to hear every single story.

Oh so worth the wait. I can never put Faleena's books down until I am done. Elizabeth is exactly what Caden needed in his life. The love, support and compassion Caden had when he had to leave was breath taking. I had tears, smiles and love in my heart all the while reading. Faleena you did it again. I can't wait for the next book to come out.

Prescription - Caden and Elizabeth: Take them both with full helping of Cocker for a solid HEA! Elizabeth is a smart, driven, and caring physician. She runs her hospital staff with a firm but guided hand and even though she knows there are some tough personnel calls ahead, she is trying to do what's ultimately best for the patients. Dr Janet Gilroy has been clinical and focusly driven, if a bit lacking in empathy. Dr Caden Cocker on the other hand, while talented and trained sure, constantly flotes authority and can have a short temper. But there something slightly more about Cocker… not just the fact that he lights her up like a Christmas tree, but the fact that he is honestly invested in his patients. Caden made the decision to become a physician after Grandpa Cocker’s scare. Family is everything to the Cockers, and Caden is no different. He has been killing himself to secure to position in Atlanta over Janet Gilroy, but she keeps subtlety playing a game he is not versed in. Dr Elizabeth Myers is holding his fate in her delicate palms and he should be trying his best to please her, but his cocky Cocker nature won't allow him to be anything but 100% authentic. Elizabeth may not always like his style within the confines of the Hospital Rules and Regs, but there is certainly another way he can be of service to the delectable doctor. Mixing professional and pleasure is not generally a wise idea, but he's a Cocker and lord knows those boys love to ride the line.

Elizabeth is an attending ER surgeon who was two residents fighting for the job to stay at the hospital. Caden is one of those residents, and he will sacrifice time and his life to get to stay. He is so close to his family and would be devastated if he had to transfer. Overtime, Elizabeth begins to cut loose, and lines are crossed with Caden. They are hiding their relationship and having to deal with the other resident trying to sabotage Caden’s chances of keeping his job.
Elizabeth is married to her job. She is focused and determined to be the best surgeon. She likes control, and she is the best at what she does.
Caden is family oriented and determined to stay near them. He has an amazing personality and bedside manner. He was always willing to go above and beyond his job description to help others.
I cannot believe that this is the 18th Cocker brothers’ book and I’m just now being introduced to them. I did not read the other books, but I didn’t have a hard time following the storyline. Most of the characters were introduced with enough information and suspense that I cannot wait to go back and reach each of their books.
Such a fun read about an outgoing, close knit family!

Another hit for Faleena Hopkins, I loved Caden and Elizabeth! Elizabeth is Caden’s attending physician and she must decide between him and his rival about who gets to stay at the hospital in Atlanta. She must stay impartial, but how can she stay away from this magnetic pull she feels to Caden Cocker? Caden is so sweet and caring, I loved him with his family and his patients. Elizabeth is a another strong female lead, she has no problem being in charge, and she is a caring and dedicated doctor. I laughed out loud and cried at a certain point (no spoilers 😉). This can be read as a stand-alone but the entire series in interconnected, I would recommend them all.

Okay so Faleena has out done herself. I love all her books. But this was takes the cake!!! I don't think I've ever shredded a year in any of her books. But this one I got it all. If you've loves this series don't wait grab this today. You won't be sorry!!

I love reading Faleena Hopkins serie Cocky Brothers of Atlanta. Feleena is a writer who is great at expressing the emotions the characters are going through and the reader understands the internal conflict the characters are dealing with. I can’t speak for all readers, but I feel like I am one of the family members in the story and not just an observer. In this book Caden has to leave Atlanta and his family for Chicago. This move away from his family is felt by everyone. Caden has trouble accepting that the doctor he was falling In love with was responsible for his being forced to move to Chicago. It takes months for the truth to be discovered and for Elizabeth to make things right. The book ends with the famous Cocker BBQ. Something new readers will see through the eyes of Elizabeth and old readers will understand the meaning behind the BBQ. This is a standalone book, but anyone who hasn’t read the other books will want to start from the beginning to get to know the family.

Caden Cocker will steal your heart
What I have always loved most about this series is the closeness and loyalty of the Cocker clan. That shines through in a big way in Cocky Heart Surgeon. Like all the family that has come before, Caden's book is sexy, funny and filled will just a dose of heart tugging drama. My tears for this though felt different because it wasn't so much from sadness from the storyline. Though it was sad. I realized my tears were more for the Cockers themselves and what they were feeling. I'm so invested and connected to this family after following and reading for so long. Faleena has done an amazing job of bringing this family to life on the page and more recently on social media. That is why this has continued to be one of my absolute favorite series and I look forward to more. Thank you for this amazing family and letting me feel like I'm really a part of it.

Every single time that Faleena gives me a Cocker that I fall in love with, she comes back and gives me one even better. Caden Cocker is an absolute dream. He had my heart when it was revealed that he became a Dr. after his Grandpa Michael's heart attack so that his Grandma Nance would have her doctor on the inside. From there he just kept getting better. He's the sexy, hard-working, ethical doctor that I wish we had more of. Dr. Elizabeth Myers is a force. She's two years older than Caden but years ahead since she graduated at sixteen. As Caden's supervisor, it's her job to keep him in line and to report on him to the chief. She's not supposed to fall for him. Throw in Caden's nemesis, Dr. Janet Gilroy who also reports to Dr. Myers and who will do ANYTHING to best Caden and it's a recipe for disaster. I'm not giving you any spoilers but just take my word that you don't want to miss this one. Just remember, Caden is mine. :-)

Faleena Hopkins continues to write the best family series I have ever read. Each book is like coming home. Each brother of the Cocker family and now their children, also known as the cousins, have their stories being told. Each of the brothers, sisters and cousins are so different, yet the love and respect of family keeps them coming home as they persue their dreams. Caden Cocker has no time for love, he is interning to be a heart surgeon, but love has a way to find you. Elizabeth Myers is the attending trauma surgeon, she isn't to sure of Caden Cocker, he is an excellent doctor but a bit to cocky (aren't they all). As they come together it seems outside forces are against them, but they are meant to be together and when a Cocker knows what they want, watch out.....Or maybe it is Elizabeth to watch out for. Again an amazing book that never fails to bring you in as part of the family.

I've never read a series like the Cocker Brothers. With each book, Faleena manages to keep everyone enthralled and engaged. Each story is unique and written in the character's voice. Caden is HAWT and just as cocky as every other member of his family. His heart makes everything even hotter and makes his HEA even happier! Totally in love with Caden! Thank you once again Faleena.

Another fantastic addition to the Cockerverse full of fun, heat, and heart
I saw this on Amazon this morning & dropped my plans to devour it. I loved it. Wondered who Caden would bring to the BBQ. The teasing mentions in other books made me think it would be Janet but I'm happy I was wrong. Full of the Cocker family fun and heart. Caden and Elizabeth are perfect. I love how Faleena keeps expanding this bookiverse and keeps all the little details straight. . . like who always seems to be hogging the ginger ale.

I enjoyed this book, just as I've enjoyed all of the Cocky series books, but to me this one seemed a little rushed and a little less developed than the previous books. Definitely an enjoyable read - don't get me wrong - but it didn't hold the same grip on me that the other books have so far. I'll be honest, I'm not sure why it didn't resonate the same way. I'm a fan of the entire series, and I'll keep reading them. Like I said, this was enjoyable, just didn't wow me the same way the others did. Maybe it just seemed a little bit neat how everything worked out, and there wasn't enough drama for me.

Dr Caden Cocker is a dream! Smart, warm, empathetic and freakin sexy. He’s one of the best book boyfriends I’ve ever had. It took a hell of a woman to make me acknowledge that she was right for him. Dr Elizabeth Myers was definitely that woman. From the first chapter to the last you cheer for this couple and want to smack the villain. Kudos on creating a thoroughly despicable but thoroughly real character. I’d have loved to know why she hated Caden so much, but alas somethings are not meant to be. As always it was a joy to catch up with the family.

Mmmm, Caden Cocker's story has been one I was waiting on and I'm so glad it's finally here!
Ms. Hopkins never disappoints when it comes to the details in her books! I'm blessed to have been on this journey over time and watch the Cocker family grow!

Another great Cocky romance
Cade fell hard for his attending resident Elizabeth. They both share a need to be in control but they both know when to relinquish that control. Loved the characters and story line. I would have loved getting Janet's reaction to being caught with the Chief and being fired.

Wow! I am floored. This book was amazing. Faleena Hopkins is sure making it really hard to choose just one favorite.
In this story Caden, Jason and Sarah's son, is working hard to become a surgeon at the Atlanta hospital to be close to family. Because hey! Family is everything to the Cocker family. He works hard and puts in long hours to prove to his attending Elizabeth, that he has what it takes. But his rival blocks him at every turn. What will he do if he has to leave everyone he loves?
I have to say that this book made me cry. Cry a lot. Throughout most of the book I cried. It was so sad at times. This book just shows even more that the bond between family is everything that the Cocker family stands for. Love, Loyalty and Protectiveness. The family really does come together to be there for Caden.
Caden is a great guy. Much like his father Jason, Caden is cocky, fine and serious all rolled into one big package. Hint on the BIG package. ;) Not only is this man a sex god, he is caring, kind and selfless. I still can't decide if he is my favorite, but he is damn near close.
Faleena Hopkins is an amazing romance author, actress and photographer. She recently took over on taking the photos for her book covers and I got to say they are amazing. She really gets to know the models and really involves them into her world of characters for the Cocker series. Not only does her models get involved, her fans are too. From helping with names and picking cover photos, to live video chats. She is an amazing and wonderful person as well as great writer. Her books flow smoothly, never feeling rushed. Her characters are developed and her world continues to grow. All giving her fans a book series that is highly addicting and anticipated. If you have not read any of this series, then I suggest you start. You will be hooked from the very first one. You will become the part of the Cocker family and find yourself yelling "Language".

Caden is a great guy. Much like his father Jason, Caden is cocky, fine and serious all rolled into one big package. Hint on the BIG package. ;) Not only is this man a sex god, he is caring, kind and selfless. I still can't decide if he is my favorite, but he is damn near close.
Faleena Hopkins is an amazing romance author, actress and photographer. She recently took over on taking the photos for her book covers and I got to say they are amazing. She really gets to know the models and really involves them into her world of characters for the Cocker series. Not only does her models get involved, her fans are too. From helping with names and picking cover photos, to live video chats. She is an amazing and wonderful person as well as great writer. Her books flow smoothly, never feeling rushed. Her characters are developed and her world continues to grow. All giving her fans a book series that is highly addicting and anticipated. If you have not read any of this series, then I suggest you start. You will be hooked from the very first one. You will become the part of the Cocker family and find yourself yelling "Language".

ARGGG!! Can't get enough of this family!!!
Caden is pretty awesome. I was impressed with how he had to work hard for his grades unlike some of his cousins, that didn't come easily to him but he worked hard and persevered. LOL here I thought the person of interest in Caden's life was Janet. What a great development!!!
Anyway, the twists and turn do not stop in Caden's story. There was even ugly crying on my part in parts of the book but so worth it. The family makes appearances throughout the book otherwise it would not be a Cocker family story and that's what a lot of us look forward to. Including the extended epilogues, hehehe.
So I highly recommend you read this series, it's light reading that I love and crave in between hard core books that I also enjoy.
