Felicity had been wishing to get out of the friend-zone with Liam even before he became a famous actor. But he was still dating a girl he’d known longer than Felicity and she had vowed never to break up that happy relationship.
But now her sister was getting married—and she couldn’t bring a random date to it. Her sister’s rules. Only a fiancé would do.
Liam was a fabulous actor. And she knew she wouldn’t need any acting skills to look like she was in love with him. But would he risk his other relationship to help her?
Liam had never had the guts to confess he’d been dumped by his longtime girlfriend to Felicity. She adored the story of his loyal romance to his childhood friend too much and he didn’t want to disappoint her.
But suddenly she needed a fake fiancé. If he didn’t say yes, she’d pick someone else. And he didn’t want that. However, he had a huge problem. Felicity’s sister was marrying into his family—the ones he’d left behind nine years ago. Does he give up on Felicity or would he dare to face the past he's been running from?
A friends-to-lovers, sunshine/grumpy, fake engagement clean romance!
Clean romance. Part of a series, but can be read as a stand-alone. However, it is much better if you read the other books first for background.
Felicity has developed a crush on Liam. She has gotten to know him when he is on her flights. Unfortunately he is taken, or is he? Finding out he’s single they try to make it work, but all kinds of issues crop up.
This is a great storyline, especially with all the twists and turns. I enjoy that it keeps me on my toes, guessing what will happen next. This series is a must read.

Fantastic book! This book is a story of flirty Felicity and her friend Liam who she persuaded to be an actor. Felicity is looking for a fake fiancé to attend her sister’s wedding so Liam volunteers. But Liam has a huge secret plus past trauma that throws a kink in the plan upon learning the name of the groom. This is an exciting story that includes past hurts needing to be healed, forgiveness, danger, and of course romance. I highly recommend the book for your reading pleasure.
I’ve read a few of the books from this series and they are all amazing. This one though, really blew it out of the park. A mystery that’s been woven in the background of multiple of the stories is now at the forefront and wow do I love our characters and their adventures. A perfect blend of suspense and danger and love and a fake relationship and so much more. It was great. I can’t wait for more.

DNF 20%. After reading the last book in the series, I was excited to continue to Liam’s story. From the first few pages, I didn’t like the heroine Felicity and as I kept reading it solidified. I got tired of her stating how pretty she is, all the attention and how she wanted a rich guy. Also, the author made her seem innocent, but at the same time sound conceited, self- serving in wanting to be Liam’s friend. I couldn’t understand how Liam didn’t run away. Therefore, I had to stop reading.
This was a good read. Felicity has liked Liam for years. She then finds out he doesn't actually have a girlfriend. This sets things in motion and things get very complicated. Thankfully, in the end everything works out, and they get their happy ending.
Lessie was all airhead and I can’t believe someone would think girl friend material. I kept wanting to strangle her. While this did have an ending it still left me feeling empty.
