This is everything I hoped it would be!
I've read a LOT of Enneagram books, and because of that, they can start to all sound the same. But this book has specific practices recommended for each type. This isn't the sort of book you read cover to cover. I have worked on three specific practices for several weeks each - and each one has been challenging in all the ways I was looking for.
If you have grown tired of reading about the same Enneagram content and you are wishing for something MORE - something to help you take your growth to a new level - I highly recommend this.
