I found the love of my life, or so I thought. She vanished with just a text and no other explanation. My heart ripped into two, making me think I'll never recover again. I vowed to hate her for the rest of my life yet seeing her again brings back something I haven't felt for years. Do I want her because she's the only woman I'll ever love or am I just stuck on repeat?
Francesca Penn lives in Texas with her husband and son. While obtaining her Technical Writing degree, a creative writing course and play-writing elective reawakened her desire to create stories. Her brain lives in fiction; even the songs she listens to become music videos in her head.
When she is not writing, she can be found hounding her loved ones with multiple "What-if" scenarios. As a true closet romantic, she is prone to filling up her DVR with Hallmark movies. A friend once told her that she'd trained the whole 20 plus years she'd known her to write romance since her nose was always in a love story.
Francesca believes that love is colorblind and plans to provide a mix of couples of different races and ethnicities because - to her - men are like Skittles, and we all know their motto.
Short and sweet but just as potent as a full length novel...
I love this author's style of writing. She's not afraid to bypass all of the unnecessary angst to get right to the heart of the matter. Her female leads are strong individuals on their own and the men that love them aren't afraid to claim them but they each still have to contend with their own insecurities. Livi and Logan have the best kind of love; unending. This story has just the right amount of sappiness I crave in a novella.
As usual the author wrote a great book it was short but very informative and answered all questions Livi and Logan were only children with overbearing parents Logan’s dad not so much the mothers geesh get a hobby as I wished for more I appreciate what the author gave another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I gave it three stars because it was a great story but way too short. The characters were well thought out but needed more substance. I amfan of Ms. Penn, but I feel it needed more.
