Omg lets ignore how long it took me to finish this... I takes a specific mood for me to be in to want to read e-books and it didnt help that I had misplaced my Ipad.

I really liked the setting and the characters so much!! it was such a fun story that was the perfect amount of creepy, eerie while still being really funny and light hearted.

This book was truly amazing! Combining the perfect amounts of spooky and musical theater and romance is hard to do, and this book executed it perfectly!! This is a book that will stick with readers and never be forgotten. Also, if Zach doesn't end up on some book boyfriend posts in the future, that's a true crime cause what a wonderful person he is, and he's so sweet and perfectly paired with Cece. This is a fast-paced, delightful, and spooky book you will never forget. Seriously, read this book now!! 📚😊🥳

CeCe LeBlanc is more than what she looks like, she can talk to the dead and this gift has helped her father in several cases. Off to theater camp the sixteen year old just wants to be a teenager pursuing her passion for acting. It is shortly after she arrives though that she starts getting messages in her sleep. Danger is near and threatening to hurt her. Throw in a crush that is blossoming with Zach Wren and it looks like everything's is going to implode around her.

I liked this, very different kind of like glee meets izombie with a twist. I think young adults will get a kick out of this one and I liked that CeCe was relatable, definitely spot on for a teenager. Great beginning, I hope to see this becoming a series.

Review: whew just in time !!!! I was afraid I wouldn’t get this book read before release. I signed up for this book arc because it is out of my comfort zone…. I don’t normally like thrillers, and anything connected with black magic and voodoo is a no for me. Just looking at the beautifully creepy artwork on the cover made me think NO! But after some personal experience with people judging my daughter and knowing the kind of publisher that Monster Ivy Publishing is I decided to sign up for this arc.

I am glad I did…..

Simply put for the plot is…. CeCe is a necromancer trying to figure out her magic when and chance encounter at drama camp and her police father’s new case turns her world upside down.

I felt the book started a little slow. And at times I was very annoyed with CeCe’s best friend Porsha. But a couple chapters in this book sucked me in. The cemetery between the two magical characters is over the top cute. I love their relationship and am craving a sequel book already just so I can read more about them. The character growth dealing with loss was so beautiful and touching I love that the author was able to dive into so many deep themes and still give you a mostly light hearted story.

Although the book dives into voodoo, necromancy, and black magic the author does a great job of stressing how this stuff is not to be taken lightly. The addiction and cost of playing with black magic is written respectfully. The magic is not romanticized or treated unrealistically.

The book is a thriller, Mystery, magical, and rom-com and if that’s not enough to tempt you to want to read this book , it pure joy. I love a complicated stories that suck you in and this book did just that. I would recommend this book to teens and above alike and I would definitely re read this book and read any other work by this author.

Necromancy the Musical is a delightful spooky tale. It is a fun and fast paced YA paranormal. With black magic and voodoo this page turner has slightly darker themes but YA’s and adults will be drawn into this story.
Debbie has done a good job with the premise making it a quick and easy read with a cast of interesting characters. They are witty, quirky and well-written and well developed and feel real. I enjoyed the relationship between CeCe and Zach was cute to see it blossoming.
Sixteen-year-old CeCe LeBlanc is a geek girl who loves drama. She is also a gifted necromancer with “learner” plates. Add in a cute and sweet romance and the fun begins.
Picture Wednesday Adams at drama camp in mystical New Orleans and the dark underground where black magic, necromancy, and voodoo is a staple as are the gifted.
I thought I had read it all but sure why not a book about a musical called Necromancy, and I was a bit iffy about reading it but I was wrong. The story did start out a little slow but soon picked up.
There is a little twist at the end!
This is a really good read and would make the perfect present for Christmas presents for those pesky teenage relatives you don’t know what to get.

Necromancy the Musical by Debbie Hibbert is such a fantastic little gem that I discovered by chance on social media. I thought it looked like it could be a fun read, but little did I know when I one-clicked myself a copy thinking it would be a cute, fun read--- that it would actually be one of the best books I’ve read this year--- and I have read a LOT of books, so that’s saying something.
CeCe is a necromancer who helps her police detective father solve murders. But she is also a high school student with a passion for the performing arts. She and her best friend have the opportunity to attend a performing arts ‘camp’ to hone their acting/musical skills, which the two are super excited about. But when a sinister supernatural force starts targeting CeCe things take a complicated and dangerous turn. CeCe is put to the test when she must try to figure out who or what is targeting her, and why---- but also ensure that she doesn’t miss the opportunity that the ‘camp’ offers her. With the help of her best friend, and some new friends they meet at ‘camp,’ CeCe and co are set for one heck of a week. Add in a touch of cute romance, plenty of intrigue, danger, and twisty developments- and we get a wonderful, spellbinding story to enjoy.
It is highly original, with lots of clever touches that made for an immersive reading experience. On top of that, its uniqueness sets it apart from others in the same genre. This appears to be the author’s debut novel- because when I finished this I was left with a bit of an addiction for Ms. Hibbert’s writing, so I went searching for her other works to snap up so I could have a book-binge of her stories, but this was the only one that I could find. So, to have written something so engaging, intriguing, original, fun, and polished as a debut novel is certainly quite a feat- and a testament to the authors writing talent, and promises of great things still to come.
This is a wonderful paranormal mystery with necromancy, crime and investigation, suspense, voodoo, dramatic developments, danger, friendship, family, musical elements, twists and turns, the supernatural, intrigue, humour, banter, quirky characters, and so much more – all set against the sights and sounds of New Orleans.
Like I said earlier, I have developed a taste, well let’s be honest here- it’s an addiction to Ms. Hibbert’s work, so I can’t wait to get my hands on more of her books. I was excited to see on her website- yes, I may have stalked, hem, I mean investigated her, and found her website- well, anyway, I found that she has ‘Necromancy the Call Back’ and ‘The Galveston Mystery’ listed there as WIPs, so I am really excited to read those asap. I am hoping she has more books coming real soon, like tomorrow would be great 😊.

Life, Death, Learned. Magic can be dangerous. This is the first book I have read by Debbie Hibbert and there are not enough words to describe her talent. CeCe Leblanc is sixteen in New Orleans, she’s a necromancer and a week at drama camp has become so much more.
CeCe and her best friend Portia have been looking forward to Drama Camp for ages it seems, each for different reasons. CeCe loves to learn and participate in as many classes as possible. Portia is the eldest of six and needs a break from her chaotic home life before summer break starts. At the age of six CeCe learned in a traumatic way that she has necromancy magic when her dog Max died, and she raised him. Her mother told her that her magic was too much and instantly disappeared. Her father and his mother, Mawmaw raised her and helped her learn about her magic, not fearing it or her for it. Over the past decade CeCe has been her father’s secret weapon in countless murders, helping him catch the killers and bringing justice to the families, and peace to the spirits. One last visit to the morgue with her dad before camp changes everything. He said the case was weird, the wounds seeming to come from the inside. Unable to see the face to help she goes to camp and quickly is “spirit-kidnapped” in her nightmare, a Caster that has dirty magic leaves not only physical bruises on her but black magic tinging her. Zach, the cute guy at camp, has mixed reactions to her until she confronts him and after Ancestor Night at camp she truly understands why. He could sense the black magic on her and tells the reason he refuses to use magic or date someone with it. Zach warms her cold magic with his warm magic. The Caster needs her magic and haunts her in many ways trying to get it.
Who is The Caster? Why do they need her magic? Can CeCe help Zach see that magic isn’t all bad that it truly can be good and help others. Having been to New Orleans earlier this year for the first time I absolutely fell in love with the place, and reading this helped me imagine I was there again. The characters are a wonderful blend, each having their place of importance without taking anything from the other characters and helping the main characters evolve with the progression of the story. I honestly could not stop reading and at every turn found I couldn’t catch my breath as I rushed to the end. Can’t wait to dive into another work by this author. Instant new favorite book for the year so far.

In the vibrant city of New Orleans lives CeCe Le Blanc, she is a young woman of sixteen who loves the dramatic arts, but she is also a necromancer, it isn't something your everyday person can do, or handle, but she is a pro at it now, well almost, ever since she brought her dog back from the dead anyway. So, when her dad calls her in to look at someone in the morgue and use her specific talents, she doesn't really have a choice, she has been helping him for a few years by speaking to the spirits of his victims to find out who their killer was and they have had some success, but this time it is still a mystery.

When she gets home, she will have just enough time to pack before drama camp, which starts the next day, so she calls her best friend to pass the time while she does it but ends up promising her some room for her clothes instead followed by a few hours of needed sleep. When they arrive, the two girls get settled then make their way to orientation, this is where she spots a handsome individual and disappears in a cloud of hormones, but this isn't the end, when she eventually rejoins CeCe, they are invited for lunch with the hottie and his friend, CeCe is reluctant, but eventually agrees, but the friend is also hot, so she doesn't really mind in the slightest, this is where Zack Wren enters the picture, definite, possible boyfriend material.

That night CeCe settles to sleep when her dreams are hijacked by another magician, but the magic being used feels dark and greasy, unpleasant and definitely unwanted, but what is more worrying is that the person knows her name and says they want her magic! CeCe battles against the darkness and wakes up in a fluster, but she knows that this probably isn't the end of the story, she is right and when her protective shields no longer work, will it be the end of drama camp, the budding romance between her and Zach, maybe even her life, or can her magic beat the darkness surrounding her before more lives are lost?

This is a fast-paced fantasy with all the paranormal activity you would expect in New Orleans and more which will leave you hanging off the edge of your seat as the drama unfolds both on and off the stage.

I am going to be completely honest, I did not read the synopsis or anything for this book. I saw the title alone and said yes please! I had no idea what to expect and that alone was exciting. This book was amazing. There was magic and darkness with a hint of comedy and romance. The author did amazingly introducing how CeCe’s magic is done. I really liked how she had to summon from the moon using different tools and didn’t just raise her hands like in other stories with necromancy in it. I also liked how even though it was a supernatural story with some dark themes, the main character inserted humor in some situations. CeCe was a shy, awkward geek who constantly compared herself to others not seeing how wonderful she is.

You follow a teenage girl by the name of CeCe. She has necromancy magic and usually helps her detective father solve murders by talking to the dead. One night she enters the morgue like usual but this time is unable to find out what killed the latest victim. The next day she heads to Drama camp with her best friend, putting the necromancy aside. Unfortunately, life had a different plan. Weird things start happening to CeCe. Someone keeps contacting her and saying they want her magic. Her dreams have turned into visions of the next victim of a now serial killer who also dabbles in magic.

Then there is Zach. A boy forced upon her by her best friend, a cute boy at that. CeCe had no intentions of liking this boy but for some odd reason, the drama camp keeps putting them together. Now CeCe has to juggle her magic, a love interest, her classes and performances at camp, plus try to solve who is coming after her and murdering people. Can a geeky teenage necromancer figure it all out or will she crumble under the pressure?

This is an excellent book for young adults and teens!! I am 27 years old and it was still highly enjoyable for me to read. I was intrigued at the very beginning. The characters are wonderful thought out and the magic elements are well written. You can tell the author did their research about Louisiana before writing, as all of the small details are spot on. There is a wonderful balance between murder, mystery, magic, and humor. The only thing that threw me off, was that the title included "the musical" which I do not understand as it isn't a musical - but does deal with teens going to a drama camp.

The book starts out with a fun, light, summer camp vibe but then turns into the more dark, sinister, mystery. The story takes place in New Orleans, which adds a bit of mystery all on its own. The two main characters, CeCe and Portia, are very easily relatable, and I loved seeing them together, as well as their relationships with other characters. CeCe is a necromancer, who helps her dad, a police detective, solve murders. When CeCe goes off to camp, a sinister supernatural start to target CeCe making everything dangerous for everyone around her.

This is definitely different and unique than most stories in the same genre. There is a twist at the end that I truly hope leads to a sequel! Definitely recommend this book from young teens to young adults, and even adults who just want something light and super easily to read!

In a nutshell, this book is a wonderful paranormal teen mystery with necromancy, magic, crime investigating, danger, friendships, high school teens, family, and quirky characters.

This book was most definitely one of a kind, I absolutely loved it! Never have I read a story so intriguing that it had me questioning my beliefs in ghosts, and what life is like after people pass along to the other side. Debbie Hibbert is an amazing author who truly brought a whole new meaning to necromancy, taking something so dark and eerie and making it so cool and interesting. I love that our main character is a teen whose dad not only works investigating murders but brings his daughter to work with him in the morgue to help solve the crimes that he is working on, brings a whole new meaning to bringing your kid to work day. There are so many hilarious scenes in this book that just bring back fond memories of days long past, thank goodness we never have to relive our teen years in this day and age. The characters are so exceptionally developed, each having their own special characteristics that make them their own kind of person. I loved that CeCe, our main character, has pink hair and looks like such a punk rocker, yet she has a personality that portrays her as more of a shy type. Whereas her best friend is so outgoing and loves to be her own kind of fashionista, always looking her best, and having fun doing it. This book is like a cross between a mystery book, and a summer musical camp, it is such a great read. I cannot wait to see if there are going to be more books to come for our illustrious CeCe and her friends.

Our MC is CeCe LeBlanc who possesses necromancy and helps her father find out murderers she's a normal teenager by day and a murder solving necromancer ar night. There's an organ harvest happening without anything ever cut open on the dead person's body and a dark magic caster who wants to use her necromancy for his/her own personal gain.

CeCe without knowing what plans are going inside the casters head goes off to drama camp where she meets Zach and it's crush at first sight but he discovers that she has magic and the spark they feel is not because of chemistry or static but because of their powers over magic. The caster dabbles in dark magic but necromancy is light magic so the caster will do whatever to gain access to her magic for his own gain. She has to handle drama at the drama camp and find the organ harvesting dark magic caster.

An amazing book that had me on my seat's edge, the writing style was easy to understand, the concept of magic was simple and well explained when it got complex, the plotline was consistent and we'll built, the characters were relatable and definitely unique, the cover is attractive and the book is definitely worth reading again and again because it's THAAAAT good!!

This was a very interesting read with a unique story. It is a captivating magical story filled with danger, mystery, magic and all the normal angst teenagers go through.
Cece has a magical gift. She is able to speak to the death. This gift isn't always a blessing though but it comes in handy when she helps her dad who's a police officer solve his cases.
When Cece goes to drama camp all she wants is to be a normal teenager learning the craft of something she loves however that's not meant to be when someone with dark magic trys to harm her for her magical abilities she knows she has to stop this person before its too late.
Add to this a budding romance between Cece and another person with magic Zach and this story takes plenty of exciting twists and turns.
The connection between Zach and Cece was lovely to watch develop. The way that their magical abilities complement each other makes them even more of a perfect fit.
The author also does a great job of handling subjects such as death, voodoo and dark magic in a respectful way but also in an informative way showing the reader that it isn't to be taken lightly and its not without risk.
Overall I enjoyed this book. The mixture of magic and the romance/drama camp element was a different take. Cece's ability was also a unique aspect as I haven't read many books including that ability.

This is the best debut novel I have read in a long time, it drew me in from the beginning, to the middle, to the end!

The setting of a play and drama camp was the perfect backdrop for this mystery with thriller components. Not your typical mushy boy-meets-girl, as CeCe dabbles in necromancy as well as dark magic.

I really enjoyed some of the metaphors the author inputted to lighten up darker moments, for example, when CeCe's anxiety calms and "changes my gut boulder to a gut pebble" instead of the often overused "butterflies in your stomach" cliche. I also learned a Cajun word (""tataille")- read the book to find out what it means!

Add the fact the leading star introduces himself in a gentleman manner by making up the Southern Gentleman's Cotillion handbook, you have the quirkiness between the two main characters right from when they set eyes on one another.

Would entirely recommend this book to both the YA and adult audiences, "How to Steal a Scene" would be to read this book, instead of committing "grand theft auto" (more humor throughout the book to balance the darker side of the story).

A great debut novel!
Cece LeBlanc is a bold and unique character and I could easily see a series being built around her. Her unique gifts and the world that is created around the different kids of magic in her world were intriguing. My favorite parts of this book involved the setting of New Orleans and voodoo culture!

The book is definitely geared toward a younger audience, and the dialogue felt very true to young teenagers and their depth of romance/connection. Cece’s relationship with Zach seemed very stereotypical and would’ve preferred a longer burn from friendship into romance, since CeCe was so adamant about focusing on her drama camp experience but flip flopped almost immediately. Additionally, I’d like to see more of a dive into some of the reveals about Cece’s mother and some of those more complex relationships. I would recommend this book to preteens and anyone who enjoys Disney channel original movies, like Halloween Town or Camp Rock. I hope Cece has more stories in the future!

This book is super entertaining. I wasn’t sure at first how I was going to feel at first based on the synopsis, but I was quickly hooked. Necromancy here is not viewed as icky, it is viewed as a power for good, and Cece uses her power to help her dad. The amount of awkwardness she has around her new “friend” Zach was cracking me up, and mad her character that much more lovable to me. The whole book I was playing detective myself trying to figure out who the castor was that was messing with Cece and I was surprised and not surprised at who it turns out to be, but the story behind his harassment and connections to Cece, and why he wanted her magic was icky. Zach and Cece’s relationship is sweet, and I really loved watching their interactions. Portia, her best friend is a riot and a truly good friend. The ending, there was no cliffhanger, but I am left wanting to know what will happen next with Cece’s mom. And will her dad ask out the FBI sketch artist!

What an amazing young adult thriller! Debbie Hibbert delivers humor, suspense, drama, romance, necromancy, and dark magic all in one book! Necromancy the Musical had me on the edge of my seat from the very beginning and held me in its icy grasp the whole way through. The characters were relatable, believable, lovable, and realistic. The close relationship between CeCe and Portia is so amazing; every girl needs a friend soul mate like that. And the little added romantic elements between Portia and Devin and CeCe and Zach are just so pure and sweet. Even if Zach and CeCe must contend with their added magical elements. The world building was spot on; I mean, it's not easy to “show” the reader what it’s like to be pulled into a “black magic ocean.” But I could feel the waves lapping at my feet. This book is great for any young adult or adult alike who enjoys magic, fun, and mystery! I really hope there is more to come from Debbie Hibbert!

I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy this book as much as I did, but it completely pulled me in. CeCe is such a relatable main character, awkward, witty, and trying to figure out her place in the world, all while carrying the heavy burden of her necromantic gift. I loved how her love of theater gave the story a unique flair, almost blending the dramatic highs and lows of a stage performance with the darker mysteries of her power.

The romance with Zach felt natural and messy in the best way, and the tension between wanting a normal teenage life and being dragged into danger gave the book real heart. What impressed me most was how it balanced humor, paranormal thrills, and emotional depth without ever feeling forced.

It’s funny, a little eerie, and full of heart, like Wednesday meets a Broadway show, exactly as promised.

I’d definitely recommend this one to YA readers who love paranormal mysteries with a fresh, entertaining twist.

This book was an incredible read that left me wanting more. I really enjoyed it so much that I couldn’t read it fast enough it felt like. The Main character CeCe was unique. Solving Crimes with her father but also has responsibility towards the dead being a Necromancy. This book was super fun to read, and I really hope there is more to come. The twists and turns in this book really had me wanting to know what was going to happen next. The characters were hard not to either cheer for or hate or love. And I really loved the New Orleans feel to this book, I have never been there, and this book made it seem so real. This is a wonderful paranormal mystery with necromancy, crime and investigation, supernatural, suspense, voodoo, drama, twists and turns, humour, and so much more. Highly recommend this book.

I was super excited to get to check out this novel as a former theater kid and a fan of Wednesday, and it did not disappoint at all! Cece was a great main character and I loved her bestie Portia, who was awesome at lightening the mood. I felt like the story really took the black magic and voodoo piece seriously and was very realistic about the cost of playing with dark magic. The relationship between Cece and Zach felt very age appropriate and genuine. He seemed like a really sweet guy, who just wanted to be there for her. I felt like the story kept at a good pace and I never felt bored or lagging. It is an interesting combination of thriller, mystery, supernatural, romance, comedy, and just a really great story. I look forward to more works from this author.

Necromancy the Musical is a YA Paranormal that will have you turning the pages till the end. This is a fairly new author to me and I wasn’t real sure what to expect going in. It took me a few chapters to get into the story but once I did I had s hard time putting it down. CeCe is a high school student who has a passion for Performing Arts . Her and her best friend get the opportunity to attend a camp to hone their performing arts skills. She is also a Necromancer who helps her detective father solve murders. There’s plenty of drama, magic, twists and turns to keep you reading till the end. I highly recommend reading this to find out what happens next. I’m looking forward to reading more from this Author

As if summer camp is not chaotic enough, add in someone trying to use CeCe's necromancy powers and you get a thrill ride of a read. I found Cece very relatable as a bit of a loner, who is just trying to fit in. Everyone needs a best friend like Portia. She kept things entertaining and brought a few laughs.

I definitely liked Zach. He is so easy going. I like that he just accepted CeCe for who she is. They made a great duet together. He is CeCe's knight in shining armor, although, she is capable of taking care of herself, but every hero needs a little back up support. Looking for your next fun read, then pick up a copy of this book!

I enjoyed reading this young adult story. It is a magical story that has a twist of romance added to it. A well written story where the characters pull you into their world from the start. CeCe has some supernatural powers and is being stalked by someone who wants to take them. With a new romance starting and one final curtain call, you don’t want to miss what happens next. This is an engaging story with connectable characters that add so much to the story. There is great growth throughout with the characters and the plot. This is a story that I really enjoyed reading. Any young adult who enjoys mysteries will enjoy this book. I highly recommend this book.

I didn't know what to think about this book going in, I was interested but skeptical. I have never been more happy to be proven wrong. I LOVED this book, I couldn't put it down and then I delayed reading the end because I didn't want it to be over. It's SUCH a good book. The story keeps you interested, the characters are relatable (we all have or have had a Portia) and it wasn't predictable. I'm EXCITED to hear that there will be a second one because I NEED to know how the story continues. It's a fast read, a fun read, and a great spooky, YA, thriller that will keep you interested from start to finish.

Oh my goodness. This book was SO SO good. I loved every drama filled second of it. It's definitely worth the read. As far as Young Adult books go, they're something I really enjoy reading, and this one is set in New Orleans, which is my hometown, so it was already speaking to my soul before I started reading it. I instantly fell in love with the characters. CeCe, Portia, and Zach (and a list of others, but I'm not naming them all) take center stage in this amazing story. If you love teenage drama, murder mysteries, the supernatural, and a love story thrown in, for good measure... You're going to LOVE this book! I absolutely recommend it.

So much fun! This unexpected story will clear any reading drought and quickly make it to the top of your list. This book had a touch of everything. Supernatural, humor, mystery, suspense, new friends, young love, theatrics, and more. It drew me in from start to finish, and I loved every member of the cast.
Cece communicates with the dead, and she’s not the every day girl. She is a necromancer who helps solve crimes. She is also still a teenage girl who loves life. When she goes to drama camp, she has a romantic interest Zach, her best friend Porsha, and new friends to add. When she becomes a target of someone trying to take her magic things really begin.
Great read by far!!

Necromancy The Musical was so much fun to read! I absolutely adored Debbie Hibbert’s writing style, it was comical and unique. The campiness was so enjoyable, and I felt a hint of nostalgia! This book had me enthralled from the first page! Cece’s character was so awesome and I loved getting to know her and her story! Necromancy The Musical was truly the perfect creepy mystery and every second of it was amazing to discover! I am really excited to find some more of Hibbert’s works, I'm really intrigued to see what else she has out there! I highly recommend this book to anyone of any age!

This book is so truly engaging and enthralling that you will be hooked from the first page. The characters are well-developed, the plot line is driven and thorough, and the overall feeling of the book is just creepily fantastic! I just loved the whole vibe of the book. It's definitely a YA novel but anyone can enjoy it! CeCe and her best friend are off to drama camp for the week where she meets the devastatingly handsome Zach, who also seems to have a bit of a magical touch. CeCe wants to put her magic on the back burner and focus on drama camp but we don't always get what we want, do we? Like I said, this book is so well-written and fast-paced that you will fly right through it.

This was the first book I had read by this author and to say that I was blown away would be the biggest understatement! I love all things weird, so this obviously caught my eye with just the cover. It isn’t overwhelmingly weird either, but more endearing as the author captures you with their way of writing the characters. I felt invested from the very beginning and that’s no easy task. I loved the mystery aspect, and the scenes of New Orleans were captured perfectly. I am hoping for more books from this author in the future and will keep my eye on their website. I highly recommend picking this up even if it doesn’t feel like it’s up your alley because you might just be pleasantly surprised!

Overall a fun book. The premise is interesting. The plot moves at a good pace. And the characters are likable. I do think Cece and Zach’s romance moved a bit fast, but they’re teenager and wont to do that.

I did have a question about that camp. Mostly, what camp starts on a Tuesday? And I was surprised as soon as camp was done they went back to school. I was initially under the impression it was the middle of summer.

I don’t get why the book is called necromancy the musical, as the story didn’t focus on music at all.
