It was good to know that periods are normal because recently I think I’ve had some signs of it. Having this book to know about changes that are happening to my body are natural, which means I am not scared of these things happening to me. Me being myself, I am now starting to shape into the body of a woman.

Reviews said sex wasnt mentioned which was one of the main reasons i downloaded it for my daughter. It did mention it but not in huge detail (thankfully). Apart from that it answered my daughters questions about puberty x
