4.5 Immediately loved the main FMC, Mia, because she is relatable especially when she does not back down.. even when it could be her life. Basically she sees her ex killing someone and later notices she has a stalker. Add in the mob and what a mystery that is a mess but great read!

This is a really awesome book. It has lots of action and excitement throughout the entire story. There are several twists and turns that kept me wanting to read more.

No One Leaves by Melissa Savino is a twisted, fast paced, steamy, mafia romance story that will leave you wanting for nothing, other than another story in this world! This book has it all!
Mia is trying to escape the clutches of her mafia boyfriend after witnessing him brutally murdering someone. She tries to hide, but can anyone really ever escape the mafia? She spends her days working as a nurse, her weekends bartending, and the rest of her day looking over her shoulder. She feels like someone is stalking her and watching her every move. When things start being misplaced in her home, she knows she has been discovered and goes on the run again, right into the arms of a mysterious stranger. Things take a turn, and she once again finds herself amidst the mafia family. Will she ever be able to leave behind this life without losing everything?
I really enjoyed reading this story. Mia is a strong and virtuous woman who just wants a normal life. She knows the mafia life of crime is not something she ever wants to be a part of and does everything she can to escape it. This book is so much more than her story. It is filled with other wonderful morally gray characters and twists and turns in every chapter. It will keep you on the edge of your seat and unable to put the book down until you have finished it. Thank you Melissa Savino for giving us another amazing book!

If you have ever viewed the film adaptation of George Dawes Green's 1995 novel, The Juror, featuring Demi Moore, then you will undoubtedly find immense enjoyment in this particular book. While the plotline differs significantly, it does encompass elements of the mafia and a relentless pursuit, evoking the same heart-racing, suspenseful atmosphere that keeps one on the edge of their seat.
Savino exhibits an exceptional ability to craft deeply complex characters, with her protagonist Mia emerging as a formidable and inspiring female lead. Within the pages of this novel, readers will encounter a riveting narrative that encapsulates both intense moments and a touch of sensuality.

I had the pleasure of reading this book as an ARC. Mia is a strong, determined woman. Even in the face of mortal peril, she refuses to back down. The pacing helps crank up the tension as Mia slowly realizes what is happening and is powerless to stop it. There is also a slow burn enemies to lovers subplot. With a cast of crazy characters all vying for power, this book is nothing short of a bloody good time!

Looking for a good steamy mafia romance?? Look no further. This book was absolutely thrilling. Mia, the mc, is absolutely fearless and fantastic. Beautifully written. This book has it all the mob, murders , crazy stalkers and romance.

I absolutely love mafia type stories. This is no exception. The writing is fantastic, the story line is phenomenal. I will advise you to check the triggers. However, this is a book I will definitely read again.

It was a fantastic read with mafia and mystery. What more could you ask for in a book. I enjoyed the strong, relatable character that I kept turning the pages to see where the story would take us, and I devoured it to the ending. I Definitely will read more by this author.

Crazy book
Not what I was expecting. I liked how face paced the story was and the danger Mia faced and how strong she was. She definitely had a connection with the guy but I thought the love words spoken were too soon. I was actually surprised at the end, because I thought for sure the book was going to be part of a duet or series with a cliffhanger at the end.

I was incredibly fortunate to have gotten the opportunity to ARC read this book. This will definitely give you a book hangover and will have you keep turning pages. This is an enemy to lovers, has some mafia bosses included, but can one actually leave?? Read to find out!
