For centuries ships and planes disappeared off the Florida coast never to be seen that is until two Navy flyers lost in 1945 while searching for Flight 19, pop up in Morocco 1,000 years before they were born. Their experience was so bizarre the aviators have suffered mental breakdowns. Discovered and rescued by the Auckland’s crew -- Allie Tymoshenko, Jen Canfield, and Lenore Smith-- the two aviators become a problem for the Time Institute. The men were declared dead and their families went on living without them. They can’t be returned to their own time without setting off Chaos. The Institute can’t keep them in the future because they will never age. Patrick Weaver and his crew- Nick Pope and Mike Castleton- are enlisted to help discover what happened, only to find themselves trapped between dimensions in a place so weird it is beyond human understanding. To make matters worse, the place is full of lost people, long thought dead, with nowhere to go. Working with a 300 year old slave named Kwasi, the crews search for a solution.
