Getting hammered…After the heartbreaking events in Greyveil, my sexy blue-skinned companion Brin, my irritating satyr tagalong Tip, and I head to Forgehaven. The city obsessed with turning metal into anything one could wish for.
While searching the city for Brin’s missing magical items, I literally run into a gorgeous green woman. A goblin girl. Her father, a renowned blacksmith, has been murdered and she needs help finding out who did the deed.
With no other leads on how we’ll find our way to dispense justice to the ones responsible for my best friend’s death, we agree to help her.
You know what, though? Solving a murder mystery isn’t as easy as the super-sleuths in movies and books make it seem. There’s more going on in the city than just one man being killed.
We have our tasks. Solve the murder. Find Brin’s magic items. Figure out how we’re going to destroy the demigod sending shadow monsters to other worlds to drag people to this new world to be drained of their lives. People like me. Like my best friend Lucas.
Sounds easy enough, right? Don’t count on it. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that life will kick you in the nuts, given the chance.
Well, I plan on doing some kicking myself.
this is an epic fantasy story that (obviously) includes violence (seeing that it's called the Weaponsmaster series). It also includes unconventional relationships and detailed adult activities.
Overall a good story. You can guess who dun it early on, but like with 80s action movies where the same applies, it's more about the journey then the destination.
Smut was still good. Dials it up a notch in spots. A little more than the previous book as well, but not too heavy.
Yet another fantastic adult fantasy adventure!!! The author has and continues to build an amazing world for us the readers to enjoy!!! No OP MC which is a huge plus in my opinion!!!
This is a fine fantasy harem adventure novel. It is well written and edited. I especially like Rex the tiny velociraptor. I anxiously await the sequel.
Just like the first book the characters are so fun and funny at times. Love the interaction with everyone, as well as the new character Tyra, she easily melted into the party and had a good backstory that was told throughout the story. Looking forward to the next book and see how the new characters fit in with the party! Great story and book!
