Save Your Money

I've read many chef and food books, from Life on the Line, Garlic and Saffires, Born Round, Ferran, to Restaurant Man, The Making of a Chef, From Scratch, Heat, and Four Kitchens. All were good, solid, detailed, in-depth books that provided interesting information about cooking and those who do it.
This book was superficial, brief and boring. I learned nothing about anyone interviewed and, in fact, anyone could have done these same-old same-old interviews that could have been done in ten minutes over the phone.
Don't bother with this one.
