#3 KINDLE BEST SELLER in VIGILANTE JUSTICE!

When Butch Kincaid and his dozen thugs go off on their summer road trips, nothing gets their adrenaline pumping like a good old home invasion. What better way to party hearty than by drinking other people's booze, chowing down their food and trashing their property all while causing them terror and pain?

Their first stop, the home of a retired couple in Brighton, Ontario, is a resounding success as per their standards and leaves the rowdy crew wanting for more. Several hundred miles later in Knowlton, Quebec, Butch selects their next target, the home of an attractive and obviously affluent couple, Sandy and Chris Barry... Hey, we all make mistakes...

*USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR*

I was born in Montreal, Canada, at a very young age, where I still live with my spouse, Joanne, under the watchful eye of Krystalle and Midnight, two black females of the feline persuasion. In a former life, I completed my studies at McGill University and worked in various management capacities for a handful of firms for countless years. From there, considering my extensive background in human resources and finance, it was a logical leap in my career path to stay home and write crime thrillers.

My first stab at writing was actually in 1995, the result being my first novel, "Vigilante". Two others of the same series followed by 1997 but all three remained dormant until publication in 2009. Since, besides writing a stand-alone, five other thrillers have joined the VIGILANTE series. I also penned "Something's Cooking", a faux-erotica parody and cookbook under the pseudonyms Réal E. Hotte and Dasha Sugah. I'm currently working on "See You in Saigon" and "The First Sixteen", two further installments of my series. I have to say, I'm enjoying this writing gig.

Other interests besides writing and subtly persuading people to buy my books include reading, making noise with my six guitars, painting (oil and watercolour), cooking (year round though I love the grill in the summer), traveling and planning to work out soon. I've also been known to sleep on occasion.

You can visit my website at claudebouchardbooks.com which is almost as fun as DisneyLand and absolutely free.

The eighth book of the action packed thriller filled Vigilante series.

When I purchased the book my Kindle app reported that the average read time for this book was about three and half hours! I would love to meet the readers that chewed through it that fast. That works out to about a page a minute.

Of course that also is an indicator that it keeps the reader riveted and turning pages. It took me longer than that but I did manage to finish it in a single day.

As with all the books from Mr. Bouchard, I enjoyed this tale immensely. I do favor the genre and I’m also a big fan of others in the vigilante line of action/thriller books.

This book is a slight departure from the normal plot line. There's a new crew bringing the heat this time...well not really new...just unusual assets. The new crew is well motivated and well tutored to unleash mayhem when forced into action.

It seems that a vicious criminal gang is out sewing their provable oats and after committing a horrific crime decide that they've not really had enough fun on their summer vacation. Their iron fisted leader has chosen their next party location. After scouting it out he determines it holds all the right features to make this one of the best parties he and his crew have enjoyed. A huge secluded home filled with lots of thing to enrich their pockets as well as all the toys enjoyed by the rich. The icing on the cake is the beautiful women seen on the property. The home of Chris Barry whom just happens to be hosting his own party for the national holiday.

There could scarcely be a more erroneous pick for a target than this house but no one ever said that criminals are always smart. Even the careful and cautious Butch can be lead into the lion’s den when the trappings of money and power get added to the mix. They've planned for a glorious weekend filled with all kinds of activities a crime gang needs, drinking, looting, destruction, torture, murder, and let's not forget gang rape.

The party starts off less than promising right from the go and only gets worse as the criminals bite off more than they can chew. The party crashers have some interesting tools at their disposal. A plane. A crossbow, and a chainsaw are just few of the tools used in inventive ways with devastating results.

The home of THE vigilante is probably a place you only enter with an invitation. Butch and crew didn't have an invitation.

An excellent addition to a series I've enjoyed without reservation. Quick read, fast moving action and in this case an interesting plot with the usual male leads the 'victims' with the supporting female characters the leads. Definitely a re-read for me.

Ill-fated weekend

Chris, Jonathon, Dave, Leslie and their partners try to have a relaxing weekend at Chris's peaceful lake home, but Butch and his 'crew' show up for their own very wild and destructive party. With Chris, Jon and Dave disabled by yards of duct tape, can five girls possibly rescue them from 13 really nasty guys? Intense!

Vigilante behavior is Accepted

This story puts the 3 law enforcers to a test. The thugs that hold them captive have a lot to learn. A vigilante approach is welcomed to free the 3.
Don't be surprised to see who steps up to save the 3 men

I can no longer say I am a just a fan, I am obsessed! This series only gets better and better. Claude Bouchard has a No Holds Barred attitude and it shows as soon as the first few pages.

I have often wondered how to really express what his writing is like and I finally got it. Picture someone seductively pulling you close as if to tell a dirty little secret, slowly and provocatively so. As soon as you are within kissing distance you are YANKED so your ear is to their lips and the person menacingly says 'Do I have your attention NOW?' Yep, that's what it is like reading his books.

Thirteen to None shocked me. He took some of the innocent, loving and kind characters and Rambofied them!

Let's get to the nitty gritty:

The worst scum that could be born... is born. This foul creature is the epitome of evil. He gathers up a crew of misfits and heads out create chaos and mayhem. On the long list of crimes he added invading homes preferring those with the home owners still in them. He finally picked one that could be listed as the worst place to invade. The Barry's! I admit I was waiting for the usual Vigilante crew to kick bum, make some really bad guys disappear off the living grid but the author, twisted writer that he is, took me for a spin. There is no way you will be able to put this book down. Once I was done with the book I was up until late just thinking of the whole plot and outcome. I had to remind myself....It's a BOOK! But it's not just a book, it's character growth, increase of plot, action and suspense.

I won't spoil it, I won't say more of the story, I want to, I've retyped this review many times because I found I did. I will say... Thirteen to None gave my year a roaring start to getting my read on.

If you have read his previous installments you will be shocked. If you have never read his books you will get hooked. No matter what, be prepared for the seductive pull that will grab your attention and get you hooked.

The gorgeous cover makes me feel I am stepping into EVIL in Thirteen to None by Claude Bouchard. Women take justice and there are no holds barred.

I was soooooo right!

Thirteen to None by Claude Bouchard is the 8th book in the Vigilante series. Even though it is a series, it is not necessary to read them in order. It is also the #3 Kindle Bestseller in Vigilante Justice and I can see why. I have watched and rewatched and rewatched Charles Bronson in his vigilante series. I love it…when justice is not served, sometimes it is necessary to take the law into our own hands.

The events take place in a week’s time and Thirteen to None is jam-packed with action. It starts out with a gang of thirteen sadistic killers leaving two burned bodies in their wake. When their men are taken…next on the blood thirsty killer list of victims…three women make it their mission to rescue them.

Thirteen to None contains some great twists that add that extra bit, making a novel stand out from the rest. This shocking thriller has a fantastic cast of characters, whether they are the lowest of the low or some of the most heroic and determined females I have had the pleasure to know. I am amazed at the story Claude Bouchard has created and wonder why I haven’t read his work before.

The storyline was written in an engrossing way, leaving me unable to put the book down until the last page had been read. Stupendous job, Claude! I want more.

Wow! Another excellent addition to the incomparable 'Vigilante' series. Mr. Bouchard has once again, kept me pinned to my chair and glued to this book!

A holiday weekend is something that Chris Barry, Jonathan, Leslie, and Dave are ready for (and really deserve). Having all of their wives and partners along makes it even better. With a beautiful house, pool, tennis court and more, the Barry's promise to deliver a good time to their friends. But that sumptuous home has also caught the attention of a gang looking for a little vacation themselves.

So, when trouble descends on Chris, Jon, and Dave while the women are out shopping...how can it possibly be stopped? Never underestimate the power of an angry wife!

Mr. Bouchard spins a funny and determined tale of just how resourceful the women can be. A story that kept me smirking and chuckling at how much can be ruined by a woman's careful planning. I fully enjoyed it and looked forward to much more. Outstandingly well done!

Claude Bouchard keep level up book after book! I was thinking the seventh of the Vigilante series was the best but SURPRISE this one is way BETTER! From the first page to the last I was on the edge and always wanting to keep turning and reading more pages! This series keep getting better and this one the action was in the Eastern Townships almost next door so I was feeling part of the plot! The characters were very good and now I could say without spoiling anything that the TEAM is getting tighter! Thank you very much to the author Mr. Bouchard to share his talent with us and hope he will continue this SUPER GREAT series!!

Another frenzied, action packed offering in the Vigilante series. An unfortunate group of scumbags happens upon the Barry home and thinks it a fine target for rape and pillage. This gang manages to catch our regular heroes(Chris, John and Dave)unawares but the ladies are out when the house is crashed and the stage is set for them to take matters in hand. The gang of thirteen, accustomed to abusing women, are soon to be dealt vengeance by the fairer sex. An excellent read, like the rest of the series.

Another spectacular page turner by Claude Bouchard. Don't pick this book up unless you have the time to read it all. Because once you start, you won't be able to put it down. It flies at the speed of an arrow shot from a crossbow.

I read this one this afternoon and very much enjoyed it. Somewhat different from the other three Vigilante series books I've read. To discover the difference in this book, you'll have to read it, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. I rated it 4.7 stars.

Quick read. Enjoyed the twist on the story and the ending. Have really enjoyed Mr. Bouchards' books. I like that they are a smooth read and not much in the way of bad language, etc. Can't wait to read the next.

Vigilantes rule

The characters do what every honest citizen would like to do, but do not have the capabilities. Excellent plot and good character development considering how many characters are involved.
