It contained everything I needed to pass the Security+ certification test. The author has the subjects laid out logically and does a good job presenting everything that's needed. I was still given some questions that I wasn't expecting, but only a couple and I think it would be impossible to make a book that covered absolutely every detail. It was enough to help me pass with a 854 out of 900 (although that was with 5 years IT experience as well: I wouldn't recommend anyone take the test without having been involved in computer security and IT topics for a few years for background).
