Trey 💖

What a beautiful read. Passion was drowning trying to take care of her newborn, without the help of her fboy baby daddy! 😡. Her patience had run out, and so had her relationship with Deuce. After a few run ins with Trey, who she has had a crush on for years, gets her out of a bind more than once; things begin to look up. Unbeknownst to Passion, Trey has been feeling her as well, but wasn't ready for commitment at the time.
Trey is now more than ready to claim his woman! I loved the way Trey moved with intention in caring for Passion and Brook. They are now his to cherish, and does not play about them! Enjoying Satin Hills Talena! 👍👍👍

Stepdaddy Szn in effect

I loved how Trey stepped up from the beginning with baby Brook. Trey almost waited until it was too late to insert himself in Passion’s life the way he wanted. He was going all out for baby showers and all. He wasn’t gonna let Passion be disrespected either. Passion was so cute being clingy. She wanted to be in Trey’s skin after the first time. I was laughing so hard.

📚This was such a cute novel that displays the way a woman desires to be loved and how a woman should be loved after coming out of a tumultuous/toxic relationship. This novel reminds women that you deserve pure & true love and that nothing is impossible just becasue you have a baby with someone. What is for you will be for you! When you come across a great partner in this life never second guess their love, accept it with full and open arms. It's my girl Passion being loved the right way for me, and not only the way Trey dotes on her but the way he claims Baby Brooklyn as his own baby. That's a forever love if you ask me!

Passion and Trey, okay I see you!

This was a good, quick friends to lovers read that I thoroughly enjoyed. Trey and Passion had always cared for each other, but timing just wasn’t on their side, until it was. And once Trey realized what he could have? Oh, he wasn’t letting up on Passion!

But let’s talk about the way he took in her child as if she was his own, no questions asked. Okay, Trey, okay! That right there had me smiling because whew, we love a man who steps up without hesitation.

The story of these two was a fast paced ride, and I was all in from the very first page. If you enjoy a quick, heartfelt friends to lovers romance, this one is definitely worth picking up!

This story follows Passion And Trey now passion is Em best friend from book one and Trey is is Em big brother catch my drift. So Passion got a little baby girl named Brooklyn she’s 2 going on 3 months, she’s finally single cause she left her dead beat baby daddy Deuce🙄🙄 and got her a little town house for her and baby girl but she been struggling a little bit because her pride won’t let her ask people for help even if she needs it. She tried to call her baby daddy just for a little help cause life been lifting for her and all she asked him to do was buy some diapers for their daughter but he said “something came up” who he’s pissed her off cause like what’s more important than yo child bro. Later that night she picked up brook from daycare and went to the store to buy the things brook needed and as she’s going to check out her card declined a few times because the little money she had The electricity people took they money out her bank account with out her being aware. To her SURPISE Trey was also there inline so he ended up paying for his stuff plus hers and it was as if the stars aligned and put him in the right place at the right time. Long story short what would you do if your best friend brother that you been secretly crushing on since yall was teens confessed his love for you and wanted to be a family with you and your kid what would you doo?👀👀👀

T R E Y M A N E!!!!!!! MY man, MY MAN, my MAN!!! You go to Walmart to get diapers for your 2 month old daughter cause her dirty peen daddy lied and never bought them and took them to daycare for her. While in the store, you decide despite money being tight you were gonna grab the stuff baby girl needs, and call to get an extension on the light bill. You get to the register, swipe your card and it’s declined, not once BUT twice. Then you hear a deep voice (one you recognized) that says “I got it”.

You look up and see your best friend’s brother and the man you have loved your entire life, Treymane. Embarrassed, he pays for your things and his. Walks you to your car, puts babygirl in the car and y’all talk. He then tells you, “all you gotta do is bring the problem to me, and he’ll take care of it”.

Except because you don’t like asking for help or bothering people, you don’t. Baby the way Passion would end up needing assistance without trying and Treymane coming in and making things right. WHEW! The same night after Walmart he dropped off more stuff for Brook, then a few days later he saw P truck on the side of the road broken down and swooped in. Baby when I say the Gods were aligning them, I mean Treymane showed up at the perfect times.

Watching them care for each other and him care for the baby was beautiful, Trey stepped hard behind P and Brook cause please don’t play with him. If that ain’t standing on business and some good ole step daddy energy. The way he would see how tired she was and then lighten and ease her load. Baby, Trey was THAT MAN. This was a cute and quick falling for each other after silently wanting to be with each other after all these years kinda romance and I was here for it. Thanks T!

There is nothing like a love story you didn’t have to force or build to. This was so effortless and sweet and warm to watch unfold. So many times we long for something or someone we never seen coming or try to get out of our own way because it can make things harder or just be hurt that it doesn’t work. This could have easily messed up a few different relationships but so glad it didn’t. I feel like the main character was down on her self but willing to stand on her business and do what she had to do to make sure she was ok with it without help. She has the support all around her but wanted to do it for her self and not having to depend on anyone. Even if she needed to call on her weak ass bd. He was a clown is all I will say. Glad she kept stood on in and didn’t let him make her backtrack. She was deserving of the support and love she needed and was so easily given to her without her having to beg and plead for it. She was loyal and carried herself so well. Growing up ghetto or not. She showed you didn’t have to be a product of your environment and could always want and go after more the right way but staying true to you.

Step Daddy’s Season

Kudos to Treymond…his character was the consummate gentleman from day one’s checkout 👏🏽👏🏾👏🏿🤩😘‼️No ego, no pretense, no questions, just actions‼️In that moment, he solidified himself as potential 🤷🏾‍♀️‼️Now, although both Passion & Trey were instrumental separately in the lives of Emory & Draco as best friends in book 1 “Mine: A Satin Hills Novella”. There was no indication of a romantic interest between these two characters. Actually, Passion never mentioned her ex by name rather only inferred he was a loser (my interpretation)🤔🤷🏾‍♀️. Nevertheless, in book 2 “Anything Necessary For Her: A Satin Hills Novelette” the transformation was revealed…from childhood friends, adolescent crushes, secret admiration etc. rapidly escalated to provider & protector .. unadulterated care, compassion & commitment between Passion & Trey but more so the package deal or breaker Brooklyn 🥰‼️Wow! Irrefutably, Treymond is/was Satin Hills’ Step Daddy Season extraordinaire 🎉🤩🍻 ‼️

I knew it was coming, and I’m still overwhelmed with all that is Trey and Passion! Talena Tillman knows how to write a MAN; however, this time, she came with a woman that I loved just as much, and that is saying something 😆 
When this book started, I felt for Passion because after reading book one, I knew her struggles, but seeing them from her point of view made it made real. That said, my man, Trey, swooped in and changed everything. I don’t know how a man carrying in Walmart bags can be sexy, but babbby he had me hooked at that moment! The way these two loved each other was beautiful. Brothers and best friends getting together can be dicey if not done right, but we all know Talena Tillman slays everything she drops, so this book got all five stars from me before I made it to 20%.
I’m not sure if there is more to this Novelette series. I hope there is, but if not, this read was a great ending!

This was a best friend’s brother friends to lovers romance. I thought this book was going to be a continuation of Em & Draco’s story but it was the love story of Passion & Trey. Nevertheless I still loved it. Passion was a single mom with a dead beat baby dad who only took care of baby Brooklyn when he had access to sleep with Passion. YUCK loser!

Passion & her baby dad Deuce had been on & off for years until she finally left him. Trey her best friend Em’s brother had love for her since they were teenagers but wanted to wait until he was out the streets to pursue a relationship with her bc it wasn’t safe. Once he was ready he finally told her how he felt & after all those years & she like liked him too. Trey stepped up & took care of baby Brooklyn like she was his own!

Passion kept her guard up at first but she finally trusted him & they told the family & everyone was so happy they finally got together! They were so in love & I know Trey is gonna be a great father.

This is a beautiful short story about Trey and Passion that will touch your heart.

Trey has always had feelings for Passion, but he wasn't ready to settle down or have a serious relationship and he didn't want to cause her heartbreak, so he stayed in the background.

Passion has always had a crush on her best friend's older brother Trey, but he never showed that he felt the same way, so she ended up with Deuce. She leaves him because of the way he is and is now raising their infant daughter on her own.

As this story unfolds Trey and Passions paths keep crossing and secrets are revealed that lead these two on a wonderful journey that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

BABY ITS STEP DADDY SEASON!!!!

In this book we have Passion. An over worked single mother of a 2-month-old. She’s tired, bills are dragging her through the mud and her baby daddy who ain't worth the salt you put in bread. She asked her donor to take diapers to the daycare and he agreed but never made it. So, she took it upon herself to get them. Her card declined, so guess who swooped in like a black knight in shiny armor to pay for her things? Her childhood crush Tremaine, who is all grown up and ready to stand on big step daddy business. Tremaine was successful, intentional, reassuring, romantic, he provided and protected. I was physically swooning, giggling and blushing while reading this book.

Treymane has stolen the hearts of many women that has read about him flying in sweeping Passion off her feet. Helping this new young mother who is trying to keep her head above water he confess his feelings that he’s spent years hiding away due to the dangers life he was living, but is concern feelings for her ex are still present. The author did a wonderful job telling the story of Emery’s best friend & brother.

Trey and Passion proved just how important it is to speak up. What's meant to be will happen even if it's delayed. I love that Trey respected her enough to wait until he got himself together before making his feelings and intentions known. He also showed that he was not only willing to be the man she needed be also the father her daughter needed.
