In this next “sexy, funny and oh so real” installment of the Ballinger Sisters trilogy, national bestselling author Niobia Bryant finally tells the story of just which Ballinger sister is the soulmate of sexy playboy Hunter Tyler...
Reeba Ballinger is a talented baker, dedicated business owner, and descendant of generations of Ballinger women who have the gift of premonition to see the soulmate of anyone they touch—a special gift she reveres. She has found the love of her life and is prepared to marry him...until she discovers that she has gotten it all wrong because her soulmate is none other than the arrogant, cardiothoracic surgeon-to-be, Hunter Tyler—who is admittedly handsome and intelligent—but just very aware of it in the most aggravating way!
Although Hunter has made it his business to outlandishly flirt with all three of the beautiful Ballinger women, it was always Reeba that truly made him feel excited whenever they were around each other. With his older brother now married to her older sister, that’s very often. He’s focused on building his career as a surgeon, but Hunter is intrigued by the very idea of Reeba being “the one” for him. He approaches her about putting aside their differences and exploring the possibilities... together.
After dating and stumbling through many rough patches, a visit to the aunts of the Ballinger sisters enables Hunter and Reeba to see a vision of their future together—a future filled with love, children, and happiness. They decide to wed, but the years that follow are anything but bliss, leaving both to wonder just when they will get to the good part.
The Ballinger sisters have a magical touch with love in this "sexy, funny & oh so real" romance trilogy... Book 1: Want, Need, Love Book 2: Making Love Book 3: Good Love

I thoroughly enjoyed Reeba”s and Hunter”s journey. It was realistic, no relationship is smooth, it is naturally to have ups and downs, however when two people are willing to put in the work, those barriers can be overcome. I can”t wait for Shara”s journey.
The characters were frustrating at times but the bumps and pitfalls to love is true life. Hunter was my favorite. But I enjoyed the support their family gave. This was solid.
Good read, I enjoyed the characters and storyline. Reeba and Hunter are soulmates, who had a tumultuous journey to love, understanding and happiness. Reeba’s character was irritating in my opinion.
This book was indeed full of black love at its finest with steamy, hot sexy moments all while riding an emotional roller-coaster. A great follow up to the first in this series.
This is a teaching experience about the "love." Loving yourself, family, others, and your true love. There are a lot of lessons and amazing things that cause you to take a second look about your heart. It's such a great read. Try it!
Awww what a Journey... Soulmates.. but there's highs & lows in any relationship .even with Soulmates. .. Loveeeeee their Journey to Loveeeeee Loveeeeee forever.
Good read! Enjoyed the focus on the importance of communication within relationships. Also, I love how close-knit everyone is in the family and how they support each other.
Niobia usually does it for me, not this one. I struggled to finish this book. Just wasn’t feeling the characters. Reeba was to frustrating and Hunter was one dimensional.
I loved the story. It was a great follow-up to book 1 but the typos and inconsistencies with a few characters kept me from giving a 4 star rating. Anson and Mona’s daughter’s name started as Calla and ended as Olivia (why?).
These two people had some healing to do and imagine trying to find your way with your actual soulmate. Hunter and Reeba has off the charts chemistry and attraction. They make love and argue with such passion but once you get into the story which is told in months or years, you realize two hurt people got together, married, and started a family without fully dealing with their past hurts and trauma.
Of course the twin Aunties are right there to teach, guide, and scold if need be. My favorite part was when the Aunties showed Hunter his life without love and Reeba her life without fear. It was eye opening for both them.
This was my last read in this series as I read the books out of order. I enjoyed reading their journey to true love even though at times it was a hard.
