It isn't often where we're so quickly thrown into the life of a protagonist in such a smooth way, the author did an incredible job integrating the reader into the chaos that Grigsby has become all too used to.
An out of luck and out of time con, Grigsby is looking for that last big score to finally close a chapter of his life that has caught up with him. This was such a thrilling read, it isn't a genre I'm too familiar with, but am so grateful to have found and tried it! More than anything it was the redemption arc that got me, I quickly found myself rooting for Grigsby. It's hard to build such likeable characters, especially ones with traditionally negative traits, but the author did an incredible job with it! Wonderful read and would highly recommend :)
