For the first one or two years of life you were functioning from your true nature—from effortless being. There were sounds, feelings, sensations, but there was no concept that you were separate from any of them or that they were personal to you. Gradually you were invited into a game, the game of duality and limitation. In this book you will be pointed back to the truth of what you've always been.
Following his own awakening in 2005, David Bingham was guided to help others realize their true nature. Through one-on-one conversations and David's straight-forward approach, thousands of people have ended their seeking. This book is for those who feel they are still searching, and for those who are integrating true nature with this human experience.
A surprising little gem for those spiritual seekers! It’s short and direct with a clear and succinct message throughout.
I really enjoyed the simple teachings throughout this read and you could hear the calm voice of the narrator really come through. It’s all about discovering your true nature and really does help you find your way back to yourself, keep you centred and you will feel much lighter after reading.
The author takes us through the concept of non duality and breaks this down in simple terms so wonderfully. I love the fact he cuts through a lot of rubbish often found in other spiritual books and brings us back to our calm.
I have been a seeker most of my life. Recently, following a series of painful events, I began to prioritize ease and aligning with what is called in Wayfinder coaching, the Essential Self. I have studied meditation, Buddhism, and other spiritual practices extensively for many years. David's book provided the missing piece that I was steadily moving toward. The Essential Self is the infinite being. To some, this book will be nonsensical. To others, it will be the longed for and much sought final piece of the puzzle. Highly recommended.
This little gem of a book is worth its weight in gold many times over. In a field filled with concepts and teachings that are not always easy to understand (by the mind), David Bingham makes it all fathomable and appealing. A delight to read.
