Lifeguard Amy Edmonds doesn’t want to be attracted to her coworker Geoff Richards. Crass, aggressive, and overbearing, he’s the opposite of everything she thought she wanted in a man. But his gorgeous grey eyes and tanned, muscled body prove her wrong every time he comes close.
Geoff has been pursuing Amy since he started work at the water park. When he finds out she has a stalker, he has a foolproof reason to get closer. She may not love his muscles, bad boy persona, or ability to punch things, but they do make him an ideal protector.
But seemingly simple Geoff has his own motives. As Amy finds herself pulled into his strong arms, she also finds herself pulled into a mystery from the past that Geoff is desperate to solve, and a plan to which she may be the key.
Now if she can only keep from falling for the dangerous bad boy before she figures out whether she can trust him.
I finally have something new coming. Something with a billionaire, three hot guys, a pro gamer...and oh yeah, it's a serial with a cliffhanger at the end of every episode.
Each episode will be more than half the length of one of my typical novels, and should come every 2 to 3 weeks. It helps that two parts are fully written and I'm not releasing number 1 yet.
You'll want to click here to sign up for my newsletter because...
I'm not giving official release dates. I'm just getting this out as quickly as I can and allowing myself to be flexible, so if you want info on the series, you'll want to be on my newsletter.
Not only because the minute an episode is ready they are the ones who get the first notification, but because I also may do early releases, ARC offers and flash sales for loyal readers.
I just want to have a lot of fun with this series.
I'll also be watching out for potential readers and reviewers I may want to offer an early ARC of the next episode to. You are welcome to write me at blueashcroft(at)gmail.com if you are interested in being an early reader, but I give priority to active reviewers, so your best chance would be attaching or linking to your review so I can see your style.
This story sucked. The H spends the entire book pushing the h away and even telling her to date other people. The h can't decide if she is only attracted to women or also men. There is no sex in this story. The H is trying to find the person responsible for his sister's death and while it seemed interesting in the beginning, it quickly became boring. I was also appalled at the way the sister's rape and suicide were handled. There was a scene where h makes out with the H and then whispers "I know who raped your sister." It was so stupid. There is also a point where the h and a group of her female friends are discussing how to catch the rapist and they keep mentioning how hot the H is. The scene where the h shows up to the dangerous bar was so unnecessary. Plus, the h's parents prefer her to be attracted to women, not men. What the hell is going on?
I think that Blue Ashcroft has out shone her self in this book. The writing is out of this world. The story for these character's is beyond exquisite. There is not much more that can be said. Blue Ashcroft is one amazing writer and I look forward to many more of her books. I would extremely recommend this book to any one.
I loved the story between Amy and Geoff, the self doubt held by both characters who have heart and strength. How the learn about each other and the passion between them.
I expected it to end better :( i knew what the ending was going to be like but didnt expect it to be like that i wanted to know more what happens to their happy ever after.
