Jocelyn Brooks was finally fulfilling her wish, of owning her own boutique. It was an exciting time in the life of the young woman who felt, so alone in the world. Having lost her mother to heart disease a few years before, Jocelyn’s sole focus was on opening a boutique, with her mother’s name on it, in the hospital in which she had worked for the last six years. Jackson Arthur, had reservations about the young lady opening a boutique, in his hospital. He had no problems with letting Jocelyn know that he was not happy with the hospital board’s decision. The concern was that the boutique was selling clothing for the obese. Jackson’s sole focus in life was making his hospital well known in the community and to be sure that it always shined a bright light. When the young lady received authorization from the board, to open a specialty boutique, in his hospital that catered to the obese, Jackson had reservations. He didn’t want the community to think that his hospital promoted obesity. In order for him to make sure that the new shop owner adhered to the lease agreement, Jackson planned to keep a close eye on the shop, as well as, the Fat & Sassy owner.

Not a very good story. The writing was all over the place. I didn't know whose POV it was because it jumped from Jocelyn's thoughts to Jackson's. It would be a better story if it was written better and didn't repeat itself constantly.
