the last chapter had a nice ending, that makes one think that things will be alright for a our sexually repressed weirdo.

This 4th volume delivers another dose of humor, featuring a relatable marathon mishap involving a desperate need to, well, hold it. (when ya gotta go ya gotta go! ) We've all been there, right? The final chapter takes a different turn, showcasing her awkward attempts at maturity, which hilariously backfire, making her seem even more childlike than her younger companion. Overall, it's a laugh-out-loud read with moments of delightful cringe. Always fun.

This was published in 2013, and since the afterword comics show the creators visiting the anime studio as consultants, the anime was also... what? Thirteen years ago? I'm feeling old all of a sudden.
Quick, cringe-y reading. The jokes felt a little stale in this one, but things improve in the next book.

I have this book the same ratings as the others. This book is a lot funnier than volume 2 and 3 and just as funny as volume 1. This book is a great installment for the series!

Went to a party hosted by some family friends/neighbors and everyone ignored me while I read this in total bliss. Gotta love Tomoko.

This is becoming a drag; even Charlie Brown experiences success once in a while.

I'm really enjoying this series. It's fun and relatable. I love the characters, and that it is easy to keep the characters straight. The plot is good and even though it seems like it is not going anywhere it really is, the main character is just trying various things to figure out how to get more popular.

Great series. The awkwardness of the protagonist and her brother's responses to her are too funny.

Still one of the best cringe comedies around
