Great ideas for healthy recipe, minimal substitutions to accommodate special diets. I would recommend this book to someone that appreciates healthy foods and variety in their diet. I rated this books **** stars because substitutions would be a great addition for those with special diets(Keto, Paleo, Gluten-Free...)
