Good ideas and tips for eating healthy, but one star off for using words like birthing people rather than WOMEN. Let’s stay realistic and stop using political nonsense words.

Read for knowledge, not for (present) need LOL. For all of my Goodreads contacts… 🤍 Lots of high level information that I felt like I already knew about nutrition (but I’ve read about 3-4 other nutrition books previously!).

Good general info and some recipes. But, it mentioned "birthing people" in the intro which did not sit well with me.

Pretty good helpful info in here. We're in the third trimester so we'll see how the rest goes

This book was phenomenal minus the part where it was saying drinking a little alcohol is safe when we already know that no amount of alcohol is considered safe even for someone who isn’t pregnant.
