After reading Alex's blog for some time I purchased his book to have access to his wisdom on all things low-tech training no matter where I am and I am extremely happy with it. Alex has changed the way I see and execute my training and I can really tell the difference, I hope to see more books like these from him in the future, they will be on my must read list!

Un puñado de artículos de blog que no dicen más que obviedades, en un inglés un tanto deficiente, y con machismo de Europa del Este goteando en cada capítulo. Me costó 0,99 € y es 0,99 € más de lo que vale. Evitar.

Some good information about body weight and low or no equipment training delivered by a persona ("coach") that struck (stylized or fake) rough persona. Much of the same information has been delivered better and more artfully by other authors, for that reason I can't recommend this series of articles.

Great read. I enjoyed the writers humor and to the point thought process. I look forward to more books by Alex.
