God has a lot for his people to do while we’re waiting for the return of Christ. Everyone who is a follower of Jesus has an assignment they were created for and gifted to complete. This book will help you understand your assignment and how it relates to God’s plan for his kingdom to come and his will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. From understanding the message of the kingdom to being a disciple maker, “Assignment” will help you renew your mind about God’s will and purpose for your life.

When you become a Christian, you pledge to make Jesus your Lord. Since he’s Lord, he has the program for your life already figured out. He’s got your assignment drawn up and wants you to become familiar with it. Sometimes it’s hard for us because God doesn’t always reveal every detail of our life assignment all at once. He usually unveils a few steps that he wants us to take, and as we do, he reveals more. A lot of Christians are sitting around wondering what God’s will for them is. He’s probably already begun to show them what he wants them to do, but many won’t move till every detail is spelled out for them.

Your assignment starts with understanding what life as a follower of Jesus is all about. Your personal assignment is going to be attached to the mission Jesus models for us in the Bible.
